Destiny’s Pulse Rifles Are Getting Stronger
Bungie is tweaking Destiny's weapon types in Update 1.1.1, coming this February. Chief among them is the pulse rifle, one of the most underused weapons in the game.
When the developer polled the community members about their favorite pulse rifles, they were met with responses like, "Don't use 'em," "None of them are good though...," and "Is that a trick question?" Bungie listened.
" ...We’re keeping a promise we made prior to launch - that Destiny would be a place of diverse fighting styles, where everyone would have a chance to be powerful in different ways," wrote Bungie's community manager, DeeJ, on the developer's site. "If you like Pulse Rifles, help is on the way. If you’re like me, and you think you can solve every problem with your trusty Suros Regime? Well, we’re about to be challenged in some new and exciting ways."

G.I. Joe 3 Rumors: New Villains & M.A.S.K. Crossover
Take these rumors as just that -- unsubstantiated chatter -- until we receive further word, but if they prove true then G.I. Joe 3 could end up being a crossover movie. And, no, not with the Transformers.
According to Film Divider, "Matt Trakker will be stepping up onto the big screen. he was the lead character of MASK, or Mobile Armoured Strike Kommand, a Kenner toy line and cartoon from the ‘80s. ... Trakker joining GI Joe suggests that MASK will be introduced either in this film, set up for a sequel, or possibly be established for their own spin-off. It’s easy to see why Hasbro and Paramount would like this idea."

PlayStation Boss ‘Hates’ Annualized Franchises
During a panel at the 2015 DICE Summit, Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios President Shuhei Yoshida shared some strong opinions on annualized franchises.
According to Yoshida, the expectations and goals of both marketing teams and game developers can sometimes be hard to align. Marketing and sales people are very profit-driven, which can foster a misunderstanding of situations such as game delays or sequels.
In the early days of PlayStation, sequels were often seen as a wasted expense that rarely saw returns on the same level of the originals. Thus, the idea of putting them out seemed risky to the more financial-driven teams.
However, Yoshida explained that once marketing teams saw how they could benefit from year-after-year sequels and releases, they began to push for more. This became a tricky situation, however, once game development cycles began to grow longer and longer.

Mark Hamill: “Relax” About The Force Awakens
Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill, has a helpful tip for all of us fans who can't wait for the new Star Wars film: Just relax.
In an interview with the Los Angeles Times, Hamill addressed the heightened anticipation for the film, advising us to "just relax" and "forget about it" when it comes to finding spoilers.
"I wish people would just relax," he said. "We’re not trying to play games with people. We just want to maximize their experience at the movies where it should be seen and not have it leaked over the Internet. Believe me, it will be here before you know it. Forget about it, that’s my advice. Look forward to all the summer movies. I’m telling you, it’s just a movie. These people that build it up in their minds like it’s going to be the second coming of, I don’t know what — they’re bound to be disappointed."
Game of Thrones Saves Potentially Not Carrying Over on Xbox One
Several Game of Thrones players on Xbox One are reporting their Episode 1 choices aren't carrying over to the recently released second episode.
Players have reported the issue on Telltale's support page, saying random choices, rather than their own, are being shown during the 'Previously On' segment of Episode 2. Some say they've tried replaying the end of Episode 1, uninstalling and re-installing, and even replaying Episode 1 in its entirety.
The problem doesn't seem to be limited to certain territories, as players from across the world are reporting the save issue.
