Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 3: Vibin' has officially arrived and it brings with it a Battle Pass featuring Darth Vader and Indiana Jones, rideable wolves and boars, the return of Ballers, and much more.

Vibin' follows Chapter 3 Season 2's "Collision" event and has made Fortnite's Island "one giant party." This party also comes with some map changes, led by a new location called Reality Falls.

This new area is home to the Reality Tree and is filled with bouncy mushrooms, purple trees, waterfalls, caves filled with loot, and much more. The Reality Tree is also sending out Reality Seed Pods, and when players plant the seeds from those pods, a Reality Sapling will grow. This sapling will grow in the same place from match to match and will bear better and better loot each time you weed it until it provides Mythic loot.

The Baller - the hampster wheel-esque vehicle with a grappler on the front - is back in this new season and now has more health, can float on water, and is charged by a battery that will eventually run out. There will also be a Screwballer "high-flying amusement park ride" that will take the party to an even higher level.

If hampster wheels aren't your style, you can hop on a wolf or a bear to ride around the Island, and you don't even have to dismount in battle as you can shoot and throw weapons while riding.

The Designated Marksman Rifle (DMR), Hammer Assault Rifle, and Two-Shot Shotgun are some of the new weapons headed to Fortnite this season, and some favorites - including the Sidearm Pistol, Revolver, Stinger SMG, Heavy Sniper Rifle, Firefly Jar, Harpoon Gun, Cow Catcher, Repair Tool, and more - are returning.

As for the Battle Pass, Darth Vader will be unlockable at the start of the season and Indiana Jones will arrive later on. Darth Vader will be preceded in the Battle Pass by Evie (who is unlocked immediately upon purchase), Snap, Adira, Stormfarer, Malik, and Sabina.

Battle Pass players will also be able to assemble Snap - a living action figure that has swappable heads, arms, legs, and torsos.

All of these changes are in addition to a new Storm Sickness that will cause the impending Storm to cause damage quicker when you are in its grasp. Fortunately, you can cure yourself by exiting the Storm.

Raised By Wolves, HBO Max's sci-fi series from Ridley Scott that follows two androids who must raise human children on a virgin planet, has been canceled after two seasons.

As reported by Variety, HBO Max confirmed that it would not be moving forward with a third season alongside thanking those that made the first two seasons possible.

“While we are not proceeding with a third season of Raised by Wolves, we are beyond grateful to the stellar cast and crew, our creators Aaron Guzikowski, Ridley Scott, David W. Zucker, and the entire team at Scott Free Productions, for their beautiful artistry and unique ability to immerse fans into the world of Kepler-22b,” a spokesperson for HBO Max said.

Raised By Wolves was first developed for TNT before finding a home on HBO Max, and HBO shared that it was the "top performing HBO Max original since the platform's launch four months prior" to the show's second season renewal.

While Raised By Wolves may have been cut short before its story could be finished, there are those that are hoping it will find a new home, including Abubakar Salim - the actor who plays Father on the series.

Salim took to Reddit with a "Call of Action" in hopes that Raised By Wolves will find a new home. He also noted that the cancelation isn't too surprising after "news of these mergers and what is happening at Warner." He also said there is "hope" that this show may live on.

"You see, we’re in a unique position: we have a fully fleshed out and planned storyline, a Goliath of a production team behind us, incredible reception from critics and reviewers alike, and most crucially, a community base that is so strong internationally, it can not be ignored," Salim wrote.

Today, the New York state legislature passed a new piece of legislation aimed at covering "Right to Repair" when it comes to the broad scope of electronics.

The Fair Repair Act will require all manufacturers that sell "digital electronic products" to make tools, parts, and repair instructions available to both consumers and independent repair shops. Now that the legislation has passed both the NY State Senate and Assembly, the bill will be sent to the state's governor, who can decide to either sign or veto the bill.

New York is not the first state in the United States to pass legislation, but the legislation passed today has covered electronics broadly. In contrast, states like Massachusetts and Colorado also passed laws focused on the right to repair. However, the laws were particular on what type of repair rights were provided and did not specifically target electronics most people have and use daily, such as a smartphone.

"The Digital Fair Repair Act puts consumers first, levels the playing field for independent repair shops, and reduces our e-waste footprint on the environment," said assembly member Patricia Fahy in a press release.

As iFixit noted in a new blog post detailing the NY passing of the Fair Repair Act bill in the state legislature, the company notes that the passing of the law is "one giant leap for repair kind." Further noting that the law should make it "less expensive and more comprehensive."

Important to remember that the Right to Repair is not all about DIY repairs but rather the ability to have full control over the electronics you purchase. More specifically, having more control over the decision to either DIY repair or go to an independent repair shop and have the parts and resources made easily available.

The Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake has not been canceled, but an issue with timing resulted in the game being delisted from retailers.

Earlier today, retailers like GameStop and others were delisting pre-orders for the upcoming Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake, prompting concerns the project has been canceled. IGN can confirm that the Remake is still in development, but has been further delayed out of FY23.

In a statement to IGN Ubisoft says, "The development of Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will now be led by Ubisoft Montreal. We’re proud of the work achieved by Ubisoft Pune and Ubisoft Mumbai, and Ubisoft Montreal will benefit from their learnings as the new team will continue the work to deliver a great remake."

Ubisoft added, "As a consequence, we are no longer targeting a FY23 release anymore and the game has been delisted. If players wish to cancel their preorder they are invited to contact their retailer. They will be updated on the project as the development is moving along."

This is not the first time the Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake has been delayed. After being announced in 2020 the remake was set to be released in 2021 before being delayed to Fiscal year 23. The project also moved development teams from Ubisoft Pune and Mumbai to Ubisoft Montreal.

A new release window has not been revealed, but it looks like it will be some time before the Prince returns.
