"The first iPhone SE was a hit with many customers who loved its unique combination of small size, high-end performance and affordable price," Apple Senior Vice President of Worldwide Marketing, Phil Schiller, said in the announcement. "The new second-generation iPhone SE builds on a great idea and improves on it in every way – including our best-ever single-camera system for great photos and videos – while still being affordable."
Schiller said the phone features the, "industry-leading performance of A13 Bionic that enables great battery life," along with having a Portrait mode and takes Smart HDR photos. Schiller also said the iPhone SE takes "amazing video with stereo audio."
With Touch ID back in the phone, so too is the Home button of previous iPhone designs. The larger bezels of previous generations of iPhones are back as well.

This new phone will be available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB variants with black, white, and (PRODUCT)RED color options. The (PRODUCT)RED variant of the phone is a part of Apple's (RED) partnership that sees 100% of the sales of this color variant go toward HIV/AIDS program funding. The phone starts at $399 with the price rising based on the storage amount selected. The phone will be available for preorder starting at 5 a.m. PDT on Friday, April 17, from apple.com and the Apple Store app. Apple Stores and other authorized sellers and carriers will have the phone available for purchase on Friday, April 24.
You can find more details about the phone in Apple's full announcement.

F1 2020 Announced by Codemasters
Racing studio Codemasters has announced F1 2020, this year’s entry in the annual Formula 1 motor racing series.
F1 2020 adds a new mode for the series, known as My Team. The mode allows players to create a new F1 team, rather than using established real-world teams, and compete against 2020’s line-up. A driver-manager experience in the mode promises a unique insight into the world of F1’s team system.
[widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=f1-2020-car-reveals&captions=true"]
Career mode will make a return should players wish to stick to a more classic mode of play, but this time there is more flexibility thanks to the ability to choose from three different season lengths: a full 22-race season, or shorter 16 and 10 race options. Among those races are two new circuits: Hanoi and Zandvoort.
Two-player split screen play returns to the series with F1 2020, alongside traditional multiplayer options. There are also new accessibility settings to tweak the difficulty and challenge of the game, which are additional to the ‘core’ F1 and F2 modes, which remain as ‘intense’ simulations.
[ignvideo url="https://www.ign.com/videos/2020/04/15/f1-2020-announce-trailer"]
F1 2020 is set to launch on July 10 on PS4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia. Alongside the standard version there are two special editions: the F1 Seventy Edition, which celebrates seventy years of Formula One with a set of in-game items, and the Michael Schumacher Deluxe Edition, which exclusively features four of the legendary driver’s famous cars: the Jordan 191, Benetton B194, Benetton B195, and Ferrari F1-2000.
The real F1 racing season has been postponed due to COVID-19, and so virtual races have been taking place instead, performed in F1 2019. To see how the previous year's entry shaped up, check out our F1 2019 review.

Justin Roiland’s Solar Opposites Might Be Even More Deranged Than Rick and Morty
Justin Roiland fans can look forward to a particularly schwifty May - not only is Rick and Morty returning with the final five episodes of Season 4 beginning May 3, Hulu is releasing Season 1 of Roiland's new animated sci-fi comedy Solar Opposites just days later on May 8. Disney Announces The Mandalorian Documentary Series for Disney+
Disney has announced that it will release a documentary series about The Mandalorian, called Disney Gallery, on Disney+, starting on May 4.
[ignvideo url="https://www.ign.com/videos/2020/01/03/the-mandalorian-season-1-review"]
Disney Gallery: The Mandalorian is set for none other than Star Wars day (May the fourth be with you), and is an eight-episode series. Disney claims that it “starts streaming” on May 4, suggesting that - like its other multi-part shows - it will roll out on a week-by-week basis.
No further details are offered by the announcement tweet, but it seems like we can expect a detailed look at how the Star Wars TV show was brought to life by Jon Favreau and his team at Lucasfilm.
The title - Disney Gallery - also seems to suggest that there may be future Gallery series that focus on different shows. [widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=every-upcoming-star-wars-movie&captions=true"] The Mandalorian launched on Disney+ last year, and is currently rolling its episodes out in the UK and some other regions which only received Disney+ a few weeks ago. Dune: Director Explains Why His Adaptation Will Be Split Across Two Movies
Denis Villeneuve has said that his Dune adaptation will be split into two movies because the world of Frank Herbert's seminal sci-fi novel is "too complex" to fit into a single feature film.
"I would not agree to make this adaptation of the book with one single movie," Villeneuve told Vanity Fair. "The world is too complex. It's a world that takes its power in details."
[ignvideo url="https://www.ign.com/videos/2020/04/14/tease-for-dune-2020-shows-timothe-chalamets-hero-ign-now"]
The original novel is an incredibly dense and multi-layered story, with many rival factions and characters set against the backdrop of a futuristic human civilization, making it notoriously difficult for filmmakers to adapt for the big screen.
"It's a book that tackles politics, religion, ecology, spirituality—and with a lot of characters," Villeneuve explained. "I think that's why it's so difficult. Honestly, it's by far the most difficult thing I've done in my life."
Villeneuve's reboot is the first of a planned duology adapting the original book, which chronicles the struggle between warring houses in a distant future where a psychotropic spice known as Melange is the most coveted resource in the universe.
[widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=dune-movie-every-actor-in-the-sci-fi-reboot&captions=true"]
Villeneuve has assembled an incredible cast for his adaptation, one that includes Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Oscar Isaac, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, David Dastmalchian, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Charlotte Rampling, Jason Momoa and Javier Bardem.
For more on Villeneuve's first Dune movie, take a look at the new series of set photos featuring the cast in their costumes, find out about the disgusting yet practical function of their sci-fi suits, and then read our explainer to learn more about the franchise and what to expect from the upcoming adaptation.
