First WWE 2K20 Patch Coming In Two Weeks, 2K Says

2K Games has officially commented on the situation surrounding the buggy launch of WWE 2K20. While the statement doesn’t outline specific fixes, 2K says a patch will be coming soon.

“We are listening closely to the feedback that’s been shared regarding WWE 2K20 and are aware of the concerns some players are reporting,” a 2K representative said in a statement. “We’re working hard to investigate these concerns and address them as necessary. We expect to have an initial patch ready in the next two weeks, with others to follow. Stay tuned to WWEGames social media channels for more information.”

When WWE 2K20 launched earlier this week, fans immediately noticed the buggy state it was in. Character models were poor, animations were broken, and network issues prevented players from playing online smoothly.

Blitzchung Streams Pro-Hong Kong Video Game on Twitch Ahead of Blizzcon

Ng Wai “Blitzchung” Chung may be banned from professional Hearthstone for the next six months, but he’s still advocating for Hong Kong’s liberation on his personal Twitch channel. Chung spent the morning streaming Liberate Hong Kong, a video game that puts players in the shoes of a protestor in Hong Kong.

Earlier this month Chung, a professional Hearthstone player from Hong Kong, was banned from competition for a year and had his competition winnings stripped after appearing on an official Blizzard livestream and advocating for a pro-democracy protest in Hong Kong. The ban was criticized widely by fans, players, commentators, and U.S. lawmakers.

Stranger Things Season 4 to Reportedly Have Eight Episodes, LIkely Won’t Premiere Until After Summer 2020

Stranger Things fans may have to hold tight for new episodes.

According to TV Line, season four of the hit Netflix show will reportedly wrap filming next August, meaning new episodes won't premiere until after summer 2020. TV Line is also reporting that the new season will consist of eight episodes.

The first and third seasons of Stranger Things each had eight episodes, while season two had nine. TV Line noted that Netflix did not comment on the episode count for the fourth season.

Stranger Things recently set a Netflix record. According to the streaming service, season three was viewed by more than 60 million households, making season three the most-viewed season of Stranger Things.

Every Call of Duty Install Size Compared

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is a massive game. At a required 175GB according to its PC system requirements, it’s potentially set to be the biggest game of 2019, and maybe one of the biggest games ever. In fact, Modern Warfare’s official required storage is greater than that of the last two major Call of Duty games, Black Ops 4 and WWII, combined.

Obviously games have only gotten bigger over the years, but we decided to look back on the recommended PC install size of every mainline Call of Duty game since the very first one in 2003, and Modern Warfare is undoubtedly a surprising jump.

Bethesda Is Working On Fixing Fallout 76 Subscription Issues

The launch of Bethesda's new Fallout 76 subscription service, Fallout 1st, isn't going so smoothly. After reports of repurposed servers and Scrap Box issues that seem to be removing players’ scrap, Bethesda has issued a statement saying it is rolling out hotfixes for the reported issues.

In a statement to Polygon, a Bethesda Softworks representative denied the claim that the new private servers in Fallout 76 are recycled instances. Players on the Fallout 76 subreddit first began wondering if private servers were recycled instances from anecdotal evidence like previously looted worlds and dead enemy corpses lying around. But Bethesda has an explanation.

Earth to Ned: New Jim Henson Puppet Talk Show Coming to Disney+

Disney+ has ordered a brand new puppet series titled Earth to Ned from the Jim Henson Company, which will see an alien host interviewing celebrities in the format of a late-night TV talk show.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the straight-to-series order will consist of comedic half-hour sessions, wherein Ned, a blue-skinned alien with a penchant for pop culture, will interview real-life celebrity guests on the bridge of his spaceship.
