Game of Thrones: Kit Harington Reveals Whether Jon Snow Left Westeros Forever

Spoilers ahead for the last season of HBO's Game of Thrones.

Kit Harington, Jon Snow in HBO's Game of Thrones, recently revealed some new details about his character and GoT's last season, including whether or not Jon Snow left Westeros and how Harington really felt about not being chosen to kill the Night King.

Speaking to THR as one of many Emmy-nominated actors, Harington discussed his final scene, which just so happened to also be the final scene of the show, and was asked how he "read that final moment" of him "leading the Free Folk back into the true north."

Final Fantasy 8 Remastered Release Date Announced

Final Fantasy VIII Remastered will be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam on September 3, 2019 for $19.99 USD.

Announced by the Final Fantasy Twitter account alongside a brand new release date trailer, the remastered version will bring the 1999 classic to the present day with "new graphical enhancements and a whole host of options to customize your gameplay experience."

Final Fantasy VIII will join Final Fantasy VII, IX, X, X-2, and XII on current consoles and PC, and it was confirmed to be returning at Square Enix's E3 2019 press conference.

Nova in Avengers: Endgame? The Russos Trolled the Internet and We Totally Fell for It

The internet was abuzz with talk of the high-flying Marvel hero Nova after a Wired video featuring the Russo brothers answering fan questions saw them reveal that Nova Richard Rider was somewhere in the final battle of Avengers: Endgame. However, the Russos then released a statement to ComicBook.com that they were joking and Nova is not in Endgame.

“Look closely at that scene again and you will see ... Richard Rider in the background of the shot. Easter egg,” Joe Russo said in the original Wired video, only for Joe to later clarify via email, “That was actually a joke on our part.”

Apex Legends’ Developer Apologizes for Exchange of Insults with Community Members

A war of words broke out between Respawn Entertainment and some Apex Legends players in the game's subreddit over the weekend, following a decision to rollback some controversial microtransactions in Apex Legends’ Iron Crown event. Now, Respawn CEO Vince Zampella is apologizing to any fans who may have been offended during the exchange.

“Some of our folks crossed a line with their comments, and that’s now how we want Respawn to be represented,” Zampella wrote in a statement published on his personal Twitter account. “I apologize to any of our fans that were offended.”

Competitive Pokemon Go Players: It’s More Than Just ‘Tapping’

For the first time ever, a Pokemon Go Trainer Battle (PvP) tournament was held, taking center stage as the first main event at the 2019 Pokemon World Championships. Watching each match made something very clear: Pokemon Go battle mechanics between two experienced trainers is heads-and-tails different than the frantic tapping of single-player battles.

“I think people really had fun seeing the battle system and feature within Pokemon Go in a competitive environment,” said Daniel Benkwitt, The Pokemon Company’s senior manager of consumer marketing.

Though The Pokemon Company doesn’t have anything further to share about the future of competitive Pokemon Go at this time, Benkwitt said “...we’re certainly looking forward to what it could become.”
