Blizzard Says Overwatch on Switch Is ‘Feasible,’ Starcraft 2 Less Likely

Blizzard has said that porting Overwatch to the Nintendo Switch would be "feasible," but Starcraft 2, on the other hand, would be a much more difficult challenge.

Following the confirmation that Diablo III would be headed to the Switch this fall, Blizzard Senior Producer Pete Stillwell spoke to GameSpot about the potential of also bringing Overwatch to Nintendo's latest console.

Star Wars: Canceled Spinoff Would’ve Reportedly Gone to Tatooine

A canceled Star Wars spinoff would've featured Tatooine, according to production designer Neil Lamont.

In an interview with CinemaBlend, Lamont revealed a Star Wars spinoff project, which was reportedly canned for unknown reasons, would've gone to Tatooine alongside a variety of other "new galaxies."

"We were just starting our work on another Star Wars spinoff and yeah," Lamont said. "We were actually just making our mark on Tatooine -- which would have been interesting and some other new galaxies.

"So hopefully, if that comes back, we'll get the chance to be able to do that further."

Thanos’ Black Order Rally for New Marvel Series

The Black Order, Thanos' personal squad of super villains, is getting its own limited comic series.

As reported by CBR, the limited series will simply be called Black Order, and it is being worked on by writer Derek Landy and artist Philip Tan. The first of five issues in this limited series, Black Order #1 goes on sale November 7.

Also known as the Cull Obsidian, the Black Order is comprised of Corvus Glaive, Proxima Midnight, Black Swan, Ebony Maw and Black Dwarf, and in the limited series they are following commands of the Grandmaster (notably portrayed by Jeff Goldblum in Thor: Ragnarok). However, they may just encounter an even more menacing figure on their mission.

Planet With Takes Typical Anime Tropes and Makes Them Great

Aliens. Cat mascots. Robots. Maid girls. What’s the first word that comes to your mind when you think of anime?

Lately for me, it’s been the show Planet With, streaming on Crunchyroll this season.

Planet With, in many ways, reminds me of the chuuni anime that aired back in the 2000s: the ones filled with high fantasy, big stakes, and a large cast of complicated friendships. Remember the times of Inuyasha, Code Geass, and Fullmetal Alchemist? Each one of these shows revelled in the unordinary and embraced the joy of being a variety of genres. Romance, drama, mystery - you name it, and these shows had it. But they also weren’t afraid of tackling the utter bizarre. The main character of Inuyasha is a dog demon? Check. In Fullmetal Alchemist, one of the companions is a tiny panda? Sure. Why not wield a power in only one eye? Code Geass wasn’t afraid to.

Fast and Furious: Paul Walker’s Brothers Hope to Bring His Character Back

Paul Walker's brothers want to bring his Fast and Furious character back in a cameo role.

Speaking to the AP, Caleb and Cody Walker opened up about their desire to once again portray Paul Walker's character Brian O'Conner so he could "save the day."

“I just hope we get to — I don’t know — have a little cameo and bring Paul back to save the day and I get to help create that again,” Caleb Walker said. “That’s my dream and I hope we get to do that in one of the future movies.”

Paul Walker died in an off-set car crash in November 2013 before filming on Furious 7 was finished. Caleb and Cody Walker had to step in and film the rest of Paul Walker's scenes, with their late brother's face digitally superimposed onto their performances.

Be sure to visit IGN Tech for all the latest comprehensive hands-on reviews and best-of roundups. Note that if you click on one of these links to buy the product, IGN may get a share of the sale. For more, read our Terms of Use.

You’ve spent years building your beastly gaming setup, and a normal one-sided desk just won’t cut it anymore. Maybe you have too much gear to fit on one surface, or perhaps you need a gear-free space for writing. Whatever the reason, you need a big, L-shaped corner desk—and I'm here to help you find one.

Rounding up the best furniture is tricky. There are more great desks in the world than I could possibly list here, and you can probably find something solid by searching your neighborhood Craigslist (not to mention the notion of DIY projects). But if you're looking for something a little more modern and want it shipped right to your door, here are some good starting suggestions.

But if any studio has the library and the resources to out-Netflix Netflix, it's Disney. From exclusive new TV series to blockbuster Marvel and Star Wars movies to the newly acquired 21st Century Fox lineup, Disney's upcoming streaming service, Disney+, will have plenty to offer. Check out our slideshow or scroll down to find out everything that will be included (that we know about so far).

Director Casts a Robot as First Lead in a Movie

American History X director Tony Kaye is casting a robot as a lead in his next movie.

Deadline reports the artificially intelligent robot will play the lead in Kaye's upcoming indie comedy 2nd Born, a sequel to 1st Born. The robot will receive training in various acting methods to prepare for the role.

Kaye and producer Sam Khoze want to avoid using CGI by casting a real robot, and they're hoping the robot will even receive SAG recognition for the role.

The story of 2nd Born follows a young married couple with different family backgrounds. Complications surrounding their first pregnancy force their family members to come together and find common ground.
