Comic-Con Is Getting a Life-Sized Thanos LEGO Statute

A life-sized LEGO Thanos statue is coming to San Diego Comic-Con 2018.

The statue, which you can view in the image gallery below, is about 8-and-a-half feet tall and took LEGO Master Builders 418 hours to design and build. It contains 91,350 bricks and weighs 450 pounds.

Thanos' design seems to be based on Avengers: Infinity War, and it will be located at the LEGO exhibit in the San Diego Convention Center all throughout the show. You can check out a video of the statue being created below.

Special Infinity Gauntlet posters will also be on sale at Comic-Con.

Germany Reportedly Banning Online Preorders for Games With Vague Release Dates

Germany has reportedly banned online retailers from offering preorders of video games with unspecified release dates.

As reported by Eurogamer (via the German site Heise), online retailers can no longer offer preorders for games without being able to ensure an approximate delivery date, meaning games that are simply "coming soon" can't be preordered.

A consumer protection group brought the issue to the Higher Regional Court of Munich, which determined that customers have a right to know when a game is coming before putting money down on it.
