With Avengers: Infinity War hitting theaters, you might want to read up on the inspiration for the big Marvel film, so we’ve assembled this list of the essential comics to read based on key elements from the movie. If you want to know more about the Infinity Gauntlet, Thanos, the attack on Wakanda, and the fractured state of the Avengers, then check out these reads.

Modders Are Working to Fix Square Enix’s Shoddy Chrono Trigger PC Port
Square Enix's rather disappointing PC port of Chrono Trigger is being rescued by modders.
A port of the game released on Steam last week, and appears to be the mobile version, which wasn't brilliant compared to the original. PC Gamer reports that the modding community has stepped in to fix Square Enix's shoddy port, with modder Jed Lang - who overhauled the equally poor Final Fantasy 6 port - reaching out to say that he would be releasing an update with modding capability.
Pinball FX3’s Switch Issues Unlikely to Be Fixed
Pinball FX3 has a performance problem on Nintendo Switch, and the developer has confirmed that it's unlikely to be fixed.
Many saw the opportunity to play in portable mode - which can use the Switch screen in portrait to show a full table - as a key feature for the game. Unfortunately, at launch the mode ran at a lower frame rate than on other versions, while its resolution made some tables look terrible when in docked mode. A patch was promised, but never arrived.
Zen Studios posted an update on Reddit addressing the community's issues - the long and short of it is that it would involve too much work to get the game to 60 frames per second in handheld mode, and the studio says it doesn't have the resources.
Nintendo Updates Mario’s Profession Back to Plumber
Mario is back to unclogging pipes and doing other complicated things involving waterworks, now that Nintendo has confirmed his profession is a plumber once more.
Nintendo Everything reports that his profession has been updated on Nintendo's Japanese website. This is a big deal because of the heretical update last year that denounced his career.

Community manager, Marcin Momot dropped the hint on Twitter today - the inevitable question being: "OK, what game will he be in then?"
What if Geralt was going to step out of the @witchergame for the very first time to make an appearance in one of the upcoming games later this year? pic.twitter.com/dMTn1Im6HD

Battlefield 2018 Will Reportedly Feature Co-Op Mode
The leaks keep coming, it seems. This year's Battlefield game will reportedly feature a co-op mode, a similar campaign to Battlefield 1, and include a Rainbow Six: Siege-inspired prone stance.
GamesBeat - which initially reported the game's apparent title, Battlefield V - has followed up with a series of further details. Apparently, the game will feature a co-op mode that has squads running through "randomly generated Conquest missions", although split-screen has not been confirmed.

Speaking to radio station KUSC (via NME), Williams explained that he'll stop composing for the series with the next instalment, ending a 42 year association with the series.
“We know J.J. Abrams is preparing
now that I will hopefully do next year for him", Williams said. "I look forward it. It will round out a series of nine, that will be quite enough for me.”

Rainbow Six Siege: No ETA on Fix for Purchase Issues
Rainbow Six Siege players on multiple platforms are currently unable to spend in-game currency on new items or operators, and Ubisoft doesn't know when the issue will be fixed.
Reports of the problem - which sees the game failing to complete purchases with either earned currency Renown or paid-for R6 Credits - began yesterday, and have continued since.
Reports have come in of the problem occurring on Xbox One, PS4 and PC - we've confirmed that the problem is ongoing on PS4.
Ubisoft representatives have confirmed that they're looking into the problem, but a post on the Rainbow Six Siege Official Forum says, "Unfortunately we do not have an ETA at the moment."
