Netflix Sets Season 2 Debut Date for Santa Clarita Diet

Netflix has announced the Season 2 premiere date for its dark comedy, Santa Clarita Diet.

Deadline reports the second season will debut on the streaming service on March 23. The series stars Timothy Olyphant as Joel and Drew Barrymore as Sheila, and follows the couple and their daughter Abby (Liv Hewson) as they try to adapt to Sheila slowly becoming undead.

Season 2 will pick up where the first season left off, with Sheila trying to hold on to her suburban life while essentially slowing turning into a monster. The number of missing people continues to rise in Santa Clarita, and it isn't going unnoticed. Meanwhile, the Hammonds try to track down a cure for Sheila's mysterious virus.

Aquaman: Dolph Lundgren’s Character Differs from Comics

Dolph Lundgren's King Nereus will be a bit different in the upcoming Aquaman solo film than he is in the comics.

In an interview with Las Vegas Review Journal, Lundgren revealed King Nereus will actually be Mera's (Amber Heard) father in the movie. In the comics, the two characters were set to be betrothed to one another, with Mera eventually falling in love with Aquaman instead.

"Basically, I try to keep the peace down there along with Amber Heard, who plays my daughter," Lundgren said. "She's trying to convince me to join the right side. Then you have Nicole Kidman as Aquaman's mother. We're trying to avoid war between the surface dwells and the people of Atlantis."

Burnout Paradise Remastered Officially Announced

EA has announced a Burnout Paradise Remastered for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, with a PC version to follow.

The announcement proves the previous Burnout Paradise rumours were true. The remaster will include all eight pieces of DLC, including the Big Surf Island update.

The original game came out 10 years ago on Xbox 360, PS3, and PC, and was critically well-received. Eventually it went on to be considered a classic of the last generation.

Black Panther Has 2nd-Biggest Four-Day Debut of All Time

Black Panther continues to break box office records, surpassing Star Wars: The Last Jedi with the second-biggest four-day domestic debut of all time.

Deadline reports Disney has confirmed the MCU film has now grossed $241.96 million domestically in four days, beating The Last Jedi's $241.6 million haul and trailing just behind The Force Awakens' $288 million four-day debut.

Black Panther also now holds the record for the Monday box office, making $40.167 million to pass The Force Awakens' $40.11 million haul.

Additionally, Black Panther has already surpassed Justice League's entire run at the domestic box office. Justice League made a little over $228 million domestically during its entire run, which is below Black Panther's $241.96 million four-day start.

MixedDimensions is working with companies like Ubisoft to create 12-inch, 3D printed models "hand-painted by master artisans and delivered straight to gamers’ doors."

There are more than just scenes to capture, as well. According to Mixed Dimensions, you can have "characters, items, vehicles" printed by either visiting a publisher's store or accessing GamePrint "in-game."

H1Z1: King of the Hill's player base of the game has plummeted by 91 percent since July 2017.

H1Z1's battle royale mode popularised the genre, but with the release of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds, and Fortnite's battle royale mode, the title has struggled to retain players, with GiyHyp reporting the drastic drop in players over the last seven months.

The game's popular King of the Hill mode - available to buy separately alongside the Just Survive mode - managed to make the title the third most-played game on Steam during its heyday, peaking at 150,000 players with an average of 86,000 people playing per hour.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi Blu-Ray Will Have 14 Deleted Scenes

Star Wars: The Last Jedi is getting a Blu-ray release next month and it'll come packed with a ton of special features.

As detailed on StarWars.com, the latest Star Wars film comes out Digital (in HD and 4K Ultra HD) on March 13 and on Blu-ray 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and On-Demand on March 27. The Blu-ray disc will include 14 deleted scenes with an intro and optional commentary from writer-director Rian Johnson. However, not much else about the scenes is currently known.

Also included are two behind-the-scenes featurettes: The Director and the Jedi and Balance of the Force. The first feature will be about Johnson's personal journey through the making of the movie, while the second feature will discuss Johnson's controversial interpretation of the Star Wars universe.
