Leonardo DiCaprio Cast in Tarantino’s Manson Movie

Leonardo DiCaprio has joined Quentin Tarantino's untitled Charles Manson film.

Deadline reports DiCaprio has agreed to star in the movie as an aging actor. Not much else about the role is currently known, but it will be DiCaprio's first film since his Oscar-winning performance in 2015's The Revenant. The actor previously worked with Tarantino on 2012's Django Unchained.

Tarantino reportedly also wants Margot Robbie to portray Manson murder victim Sharon Tate, and Tom Cruise to join the film as well in an unknown lead role. Samuel L. Jackson is also rumored to be a part of the cast.

TNT’s The Alienist is Your Next Big Serial Killer Obsession

If you enjoyed Netflix's Mindhunter, and how that series explored the late-1970s roots of FBI behavior profiling for serial killers, then your next big TV addiction/obsession just might be TNT's upcoming macabre event series, The Alienist - based on Caleb Carr’s award winning bestseller.

Starring Captain America: Civil War's Daniel Brühl, Beauty and the Beast's Luke Evans and The Twilight Saga's Dakota Fanning, The Alienist - which premieres January 22nd at 9/8c - transports us back to 1896 New York when nobody believed that such a thing as serial killers even existed. Controversial "Alienist" Dr. Laszlo Kreizler (Brühl) uses then-controversial methods to track down a ritualistic killer targeting boy prostitutes in the city's underbelly.

Warner Bros. announced the DC superhero film will open in theaters on April 5, 2019, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Gillian Anderson Reveals Why She’ll Never Do Another X-Files Series

After 11 seasons and more than 200 episodes of The X-Files, Gillian Anderson has revealed that the current run of episodes will be her last -- and she wants to make it clear that "this is it for me," regardless of whether creator Chris Carter and co-star David Duchovny choose to continue.

At a recent panel for the series at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, Anderson explained how she came to the decision, admitting that when she signed up for Season 10, she believed that those six episodes would be her last hurrah as Special Agent Dana Scully, but the pitch for the current season -- which was bumped up to 10 episodes -- changed her mind.
