New Photo for Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp Released
Disney has released several new photos and logos for some of its biggest upcoming movies this year.
Disney's 2018 preview features new looks at Ant-Man and the Wasp, The Incredibles 2, Black Panther, The Nutcracker and the Four Realms, A Wrinkle in Time, and the Wreck-It Ralph sequel Ralph Breaks the Internet. However, Disney has only provided the logo for Solo: A Star Wars story, a film which opens in theaters in just a few months on May 25.

10 Times Hollywood Totally Changed Famous Comic Book Stories
We’re lucky enough to live in a time when several comic book movies are released per year and the future has a full slate of promising superhero adaptations too. These films are often embracing the source material instead of being embarrassed by it, but very few are direct adaptations of the comic book stories that they’re named after. The filmmakers’ admiration for the source material can often be seen throughout these cinematic stories, but significant changes are frequently made when bringing these stories to theaters.
Whether it’s due to studios not having the rights to certain characters or having to fit a story into a shared cinematic universe, here’s a look at 10 films that made big changes when adapting the original comics that inspired them. (Spoilers follow for all these movies and comics…)
Suicide Squad 2 Rumored to Be Affleck’s Final Movie as Batman
Suicide Squad 2 is rumored to be the final movie for Ben Affleck's Batman.
According to Batman-On-Film, it's now looking likely Affleck's last stint as the Dark Knight may come in the Suicide Squad sequel rather than in Flashpoint, as reported last year. With Justice League's underwhelming box office performance, it's currently unknown if Flashpoint will get made, according to the site.
Frank Miller’s 300 Prequel Gets Release Date
Nearly a decade after it was originally announced, Dark Horse Comics has finally revealed the release date for Frank Miller's 300 prequel, Xerxes: The Fall of the House of Darius and the Rise of Alexander. This five-issue miniseries will debut on April 4, 2018.

Miller is both writing and drawing Xerxes, with Alex Sinclair (The Dark Knight III) providing colors. Each issue will cost $4.99 and include 30 pages of story content as well as special wraparound covers.
Dark Souls Remastered Will Not Support Cross-Platform Play
In the wake of rumors that Dark Souls Remastered could support cross play (online connectivity between different platforms), Bandai Namco has confirmed that this will not be the case.
We reached out to find out if the feature is currently or ever being considered for the multiplatform remaster and a representative confirmed to IGN that Dark Souls: Remastered "will not have cross-platform play."
While the original releases of Dark Souls didn't support online play between consoles, rumors have been bolstered by the inclusion of cross play in Minecraft and Rocket League, which recently launched on Nintendo Switch incorporating cross-platform play between Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC, and between PlayStation 4 and PC.
Assassin’s Creed Origins DLC Packs Get Release Dates
Ubisoft has announced the release dates for Assassin's Creed Origins' upcoming DLC packs, including The Hidden Ones, Discovery Tour, and The Curse of the Pharoahs.
Over the next few months, players will gain access to all of the season pass content for Ubisoft's open-world titan.
The Hidden Ones will launch on January 23, and will be a story-driven expansion set four years after the events of Origins as the Brotherhood wars against Roman forces occupying the Sinai, a brand new region. The expansion will also increase the level cap to 45 and introduce new weapons and mounts, new levels for crafted gear, and a new outfit for Bayek. The Hidden Ones will be available for all season pass holders, or can be purchased separately for $10 USD.
Fantastic Beasts: Each Film Will Be Set in a Different City
All five of the Fantastic Beasts films will take place in different cities, director David Yates has revealed.
Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them was set in New York, while the second film, Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald, takes place in Paris. When asked by Entertainment Weekly if this city-hopping pattern will continue throughout all five films, Yates replied: "Yes," noting J.K. Rowling has already informed him about where the third film will be set.
James Gunn Says Guardians Vol. 3 Is Coming in 2020
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released in 2020, according to director James Gunn.
When asked on Twitter if there will be a third Guardians of the Galaxy film—which Gunn all but confirmed in March of last year before announcing he will indeed return to both write and direct Vol. 3—he replied: "Coming in 2020."

Xbox One X Has Over 100 Enhanced Games Now
With a new Forza Horizon 3 update out, Microsoft has announced there are now over 100 Xbox One X enhanced games available.
The milestone comes a little more than two months after the Xbox One X launched. We have a list of current and upcoming Xbox One enhanced games, which means they take advantage of the new system for higher resolutions — like 4K in addition to HDR — and better frame rates.
Microsoft made note of some of the biggest Xbox One X enhanced games so far. They include Assassin's Creed Origins, Forza Motorsport 7, Halo 5: Guardians and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt.
But it's not just newer games getting all of the support. There are some Xbox 360 games that are enhanced for Xbox One X as well, like Skate 3 and Halo 3.
