Justice League Has a “More Traditional Batman” Than BvS
Batman is a lot more traditional in Justice League than he was in Batman vs. Superman, according to Ben Affleck.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Affleck revealed that the reason why BvS slightly departed from the Batman people have known and loved is because he was filled with rage.
The superhero was angry at Superman and all of his co-workers dying in the beginning of the film, so viewers never got the chance to witness a more heroic Dark Knight.
“He was holding on to a lot of anger, in a little bit of an irrational way,” said Affleck. However, in Justice League Batman is finally doing "things in his own way," and "wants to save people, help people.”
Pokemon Go: 2 Million Players Played Pikachu Outbreak Event
Pokemon Go's Japan-only Pikachu Outbreak event garnered 2 million players in its 7 day duration, with over 120 million Pokemon caught.
Niantic provided details of the Yokohama event - which introduced new Shiny Pokemon and the long-awaited Mewtwo - after it closed.
Held in Yokohama, the event turned kilometers of real-life spaces into Pokemon Go Park, and finished with thousands of trainers competing at Pokemon Go Stadium, attempting to capture Mewtwo to a backdrop of fireworks and giant Pokemon projections.
WWE 2K18: First 47 Playable Superstars Announced
You know what they say about WWE superstars: you wait a whole year for a bunch of new playable ones to be announced and then 47 come along at once! I mean, nobody actually says that but that doesn’t matter because today we’re bringing you the first of many WWE 2K18 roster announcements and we’re starting with what is known in the business as “some absolute bangers” (you can see a full list at the bottom of the story).
WWE and IGN have partnered exclusively to bring you 4 huge roster reveal shows over the coming weeks. In the first episode, WWE’s Renee Young and WWE Raw commentator Corey Graves are joined by the delightfully weird (and playable) superstar Goldust to reveal the first 47 superstars that you can go toe-to-toe with in WWE 2K18.
The Skaven Are Coming to Total War: Warhammer 2
The fourth playable race, the Skaven, will be part of Total War: Warhammer 2 when it releases next month.
The Skaven join the High Elves, Dark Elves and Lizardmen, already announced for the game.
The Ratmen, as they are sometimes known, are led by warlord Queek Headtaker and Lord Skrolk, and are a "highly numerous species who inhabit vast subterranean lairs," coming to the surface to "spread pestilence and mayhem."
Total War: Warhammer 2 was announced back in March, with three of the four races revealed as part of the announcement. Players who own the original Total War: Warhammer will receive a huge map combining areas from the old and the new games.
Underworld Director Joins X-Men TV Series
Underworld director Len Wiseman has joined FOX's upcoming X-Men TV series The Gifted.
Deadline reports Wiseman will serve as an executive producer and will direct the show's second episode, “A New World."
Wiseman will be teaming up with The Gifted creator/showrunner Matt Nix once again, as the duo executive produced the Fox drama A.P.B. Wiseman also recently served as executive producer on FOX's Lucifer and Sleepy Hollow.
The Gifted is set to premiere on October 2, with the pilot being directed by Bryan Singer. It follows the story of two ordinary parents (True Blood's Stephen Moyer and Person of Interest's Amy Acker) who find out their children have mutant powers. The family are forced to run from a hostile government and join an underground network of mutants who are fighting for survival.

Game of Thrones Season 7, Episode 6 Leaked By HBO
Beware your timelines, friends, another Game of Thrones episode has leaked - and weirdly, this time, it appears to be HBO's fault.
As reported by Mashable, HBO Spain appeared to make next Sunday's as-yet-untitled episode 6 available to stream for around an hour, during which time it has been ripped and re-released.
Users on Reddit (spoiler warning) have been posting images and clips, and fansite Watchers on the Wall subsequently confirmed that the leak is real.
Daniel Craig Confirms He’ll Return to Bond Role
Update: Daniel Craig officially confirmed he will return as 007 in James Bond 25 on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
When asked if he would return to the role, Craig responded 'yes' straight away.
"I always wanted to, I wanted a break," said Craig of stepping back into Bond's shoes.
Original story is below.
Despite reports claiming that Daniel Craig will indeed return to play 007 in James Bond 25, the man himself said he is unsure whether or not he will play Bond once again.
"No decision has been made at the moment, there's a lot of noise out there and nothing official has been confirmed and I'm not, like, holding out for more money or doing anything like that," Craig, who has portrayed Bond in four films so far starting with Casino Royale, explained on Boston radio show Morning Magic 106.7 (via Birth.Movies.Death.).
Wolfenstein 2 & Kicking Nazi Ass in Pop Culture
During a Wolfenstein 2 panel at E3 this year, I asked Bethesda’s VP of PR and Marketing at Bethesda Softworks Pete Hines why people loved shooting things in the Wolfenstein series so much. I was immediately corrected by Hines, with notable urgency, that people don’t just love shooting ‘things’ in Wolfenstein, they love shooting Nazis.
It was a common sentiment sprouting from Bethesda and Wolfenstein developer MachineGames throughout their E3 showing, and it’s reflected in the first several hours of the game itself. In Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus you slice, chop, mangle, and dessicate Nazis in bold, brilliant relief. As American super spy B.J. Blazkowicz, you’re not surviving the Nazi regime, you’re absolutely brutalising it.
