The Walking Dead Gets Pride Month Variant Cover
Image Comics is celebrating Pride Month in June with LGBTQ cover variants, including ones for The Walking Dead and Rose.
Overall, 11 variants are planned by Image Comics for next month, with six revealed today and seen below in the image gallery. The company says that 100 percent of the proceeds for these special edition covers will go to the Human Rights Campaign.
"It’s never been a secret that Image Comics is supportive of creative freedom, but it’s important that we also make it clear that we stand for inclusivity, diversity and equality, now more than ever," Image Comics publisher Eric Stephenson said in a statement. "We hope these variants will serve as a positive display of that ongoing commitment."
Wrestling: The Post-WrestleMania Slump Has Set In
I know what you're thinking. Aside from pondering Guardians Vol. 2, Persona 5, and how icky those Taco Bell commercials are where the taco and burrito finally engage in a drunken 2am hook up. You're thinking "Are we in a slump like the headline says or is this just, kind of, WWE's standard factory setting?"
Well, to be fair, long gone are the days when RAW was must-watch, despite what Miz decrees. There's no longer an onus to deliver every single drop of creative passion into a typical three-hour Monday show. There's a lot of wheel-spinning and going-through-the-motion and most times you feel like you've watched a house show/live event because nothing's changed after the show. The status quo still holds.
What to Watch Next
Hollywood may have avoided a strike, but we are still very much in the era of Peak TV. There’s so much good television programming that it’s impossible to keep up with it all. Even those of us who get paid to watch TV can’t find the time to watch everything.
That’s why we’re launching a new weekly column offering up our choices for the best shows to watch on TV and streaming services. Think of it as a curated experience. We will be recommending a variety of shows, including shows that don’t always get coverage on IGN. But with all of the shows, we’ll let you know why you need to be onboard for these series.
For our inaugural column, we’ve picked four series: a drama, a comedy, a sci-fi show, and an animated series.

Gearbox has a long history with SMU Guildhall, as the studio has hired many of the university's alumni. Some of these developers have even come back to the school to participate in thesis reading committees.
Guildhall's quality education and its experienced students prompted CEO and Co-Founder of Gearbox Software, Randy Pitchford, and Senior Producer Brian Burleso "to custom-build a new team around the 16 graduating Guildhall artists, programmers, designers and producers that will be joining a key Virtual Reality project this month at our headquarters in Frisco, Texas."

Assassin’s Creed Games Have Leaked 13 Times
Another year, another Assassin's Creed leak. We recently reported on a promotional keychain that seemed to point to the next AC game being set in Greece, and titled Assassin's Creed Odyssey. If that's the case, this marks at least the 13th (!) leak in the long, porous history of the Assassin's Creed franchise. In fact, the only core entry in the series to date not to have been leaked in some fashion is Assassin's Creed 2, which released back in 2009.
Let's take a look back through the fine tradition of Assassin's Creed revelations through less-than-ideal means.
