Dwayne Johnson to Shoot Jungle Cruise in Early 2018

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is officially adding another project to his already busy schedule, as the Fate of the Furious star will begin shooting a movie based on Disney's Jungle Cruise ride in spring 2018.

(A fifth film in that series, Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, hits theaters this year.) Johnson will reportedly tackle the project following his slate of already scheduled projects, which includes an adaptation of Rampage, followed by Skyscraper, and then promotion for the upcoming Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, which releases in theaters on December 22.
