Kingsman: The Golden Circle Teaser Deep Dive
The first footage for Kingsman: The Golden Circle has been revealed, but it may be difficult to see exactly what is being teased.
20th Century Fox dropped a brief teaser for The Golden Circle — the kind normally preceding a full trailer release — but all of the footage from the film comes in a brief, five-second flurry. To make sense of what's actually shown, IGN has broken down the teaser into two galleries of images, showcasing each scene briefly glimpsed in the tease. Check it out below:
Notable reveals from the trailer include a first look at Julianne Moore as Poppy, as well as her base of operations. Though the tease is too quick to offer any concrete plot details, there are brief flashes that indicate what Poppy's plan may be. The teaser also reveals some of the action sequences in the upcoming sequel, as well as a look at several members of the Statesman, the American equivalent of the Kingsman.
Han Solo: Force for Change Video Reveals New Alien
As filming continues on Disney's upcoming Han Solo movie, directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller have taken a moment to provide a sneak peek at a new alien that will appear in the standalone Star Wars film.
The alien can be seen in a new "Force for Change" video (via Entertainment Weekly) hosted by Return of the Jedi and Rogue One's Warwick Davis, who's set to appear in the film as well. Roughly two minutes into the video, Lord turns the camera to provide a brief glimpse at the new creature, which you can see below:
Marvel Boss on Brolin Playing Both Cable and Thanos
Marvel Studios and Disney won't be making R-rated comic book movies anytime soon, according to Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige.
In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Feige revealed that, despite the success of Fox's Deadpool and Logan, Marvel will continue to focus on only making family-friendly comic book movies. In Feige's view, the reason Deadpool and Logan were successful wasn't because of their R ratings.
Avengers 4: Kevin Feige Confirms Spider-Man Appearance
While only implied before, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige has confirmed that Tom Holland's Spider-Man will make an appearance in the fourth Avengers film.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Feige confirmed the web-slinger's involvement in the 2019 ensemble film during a group talk at Marvel Studios' headquarters in Burbank, California. Avengers 4 will be followed later in the year by a sequel to Homecoming, and, according to Feige, "that's as far as it goes for now" with regard to Spider-Man and the MCU.
Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days PC Release Date Announced
Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days is coming to Steam on May 18.
As previously announced, the game, which is being developed by Big Star Games, will also be released on Xbox One later in 2017.
You can watch a new trailer for the title below, which shows off the game's strategic, violent gameplay and art style.
Reservoir Dogs: Bloody Days, based on Quentin Tarantino's 1992 film, features six playable characters, including Mr. White, Mr. Orange, Mr. Blue, Mr. Brown, Mr. Blonde, and Mr. Pink.
The game is played with a top-down perspective, and players have to strategically rewind time to control a team of these hitmen while making their way through several heists. The key is to utilize the strengths of each squad member.
Titanfall 2 Getting New Maps, Faction
A free update for Titanfall 2 next week will bring two new maps, a multiplayer faction and more to the shooter.
Called A Glitch in the Frontier, EA and Respawn revealed the DLC will let Titanfall 2 players battle it out on Captain Lastimosa's home planet with the map Glitch. It's medium-sized and set on Harmony.
The DLC includes the Live Fire map Deck as well, featuring "tight interior spaces," according to Respawn. The level has the new multiplayer faction M.R.V.N. in the background.
Respawn is also increasing the max gen for pilots to 100 in Titanfall 2, updating the main menu and bringing the Marked for Death game mode to the game.
Thor: Ragnarok Director to Cameo as Planet Hulk Character
Taika Waititi is doing more than directing Thor: Ragnarok. He'll also portray Korg in the Marvel movie.
On Monday night, IGN attended an open house at Marvel Studios, where Waititi revealed that he's playing the rock-like alien in Thor: Ragnarok. Now while Korg sort of showed up in Thor: The Dark World — if that actually was him — the Kronan will see a makeover in the new film.

Black Panther: We Break Down the First Footage
IGN was among the media outlets invited to an open house Monday night at Marvel Studios' office on the Disney lot in Burbank for a preview of what's in store in Phase 3 of the Marvel Cinematic Universe ... as well as to screen Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 in its entirety! (Our film review cannot be posted until the studio-mandated embargo lifts so that's all we can really say about that until then.)
Black Panther was one of the upcoming Phase 3 movies that Marvel was most excited to tout. At one point, we were invited to screen both a behind-the-scenes featurette on the making of the Ryan Coogler-directed film as well as some dailies of scenes featuring stars Chadwick Boseman, Lupita Nyong'o, Danai Gurira, Martin Freeman, Angela Bassett, Forest Whitaker, Florence Kasumba, and Andy Serkis.
Code Vein Is Bandai Namco’s New Action RPG
The most recent issue of Japanese magazine Weekly Famitsu revealed more information on Bandai Namco's mysterious new project, teased last week with an animated short.
Code Vein is the name of the new upcoming action RPG, which was previously hinted at with the "Prepare to Dine" teaser. The "dining" refers to players' ability to chow down on monsters as super-powered vampires in the new project.
The animated teaser's tagline, an obvious nod to Dark Souls, led many to believe this new game would directly relate to the punishing series. However, the team behind God Eater is developing the new project, aiming to create a new "dramatic exploration hard action RPG," for unknown consoles, unrelated to God Eater.
