Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered Map Pack Announced
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered will be getting four new maps as part of the Variety Map Pack, Activision has announced.
The Variety Map Pack will cost $15 USD and includes the same four maps – Broadcast, Chinatown, Creek, and Killhouse – that originally came as DLC to Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.
Broadcast, which is based on the TV station from the "Charlie Don’t Surf" campaign mission, is described as "a unique blend of confined corridors and wide-open spaces," according to Activision. Chinatown is a nighttime map "set in a foggy downtown district" and "lit up by flickering neon signs and a full moon."
Holy Batman’s Back! Bane’s Most Iconic Moments
In 1993, Chuck Dixon, Doug Moench, and Graham Nolan created Bane, one of the few modern villains to earn his place among Batman’s most lethal foes. From his inception, Bane seemed destined to take down Batman in a way that no one ever had before. But the truly impressive thing is the way that Bane has endured for over two decades. His popularity has only grown as he appeared in the classic Batman: The Animated Series and the infamous Batman and Robin, before finally headlining The Dark Knight Rises.
This May, Dixon and Nolan are reuniting for Bane: Conquest, a new 12-issue series about Bane. Conquest will follow Bane as he attempts to create a new criminal empire outside of Batman’s sphere of influence. And we’re willing to bet that it’s only the beginning of Bane’s plans, given his recent appearances in Tom King’s Batman run.

Nidhogg 2 Is the Same Frantic Fun, With a Bizarre New Style
The first Nidhogg felt like pure, mechanical genius — a one-on-one, tug-of-war-style duel of wits and reflexes that, despite its simplicity, could carry hours-long sessions of frantic fun and friendly competition.
Nidhogg 2 seems like it has the potential to offer the same kind of experience. It’s structurally identical: two players fight to the death as they try to make a run for their finish line at either end of a multi-screen level. But while the first Nidhogg embraced a graceful minimalism, Nidhogg 2 is going for more: more weapons, more levels, more backdrops, more sound, more color, more detail, and loads more violence.
After Logan: X-Men Sequels We Need
There's been a real shift in Fox's approach to the X-Men franchise lately. Both Deadpool and Logan offered more standalone superhero stories rather than the massive, team-focused adventures fans are used to. And based on Logan's early box office success, it's clear X-fans are pretty keen on this standalone approach.
With that in mind, we imagine Fox will want to keep building new standalone and spin-off X-Men films even as they chart a new path for the franchise that doesn't involve Hugh Jackman's Wolverine. Of course, we have a few ideas for what characters and storylines would be perfect for the standalone movie treatment, so check out our picks in the slideshow below:

The show's cast also discussed what it was like to revamp Archie into a dark and dangerous world.
Gears of War 4 March Update Adds New Maps
Gears of War 4's March update will add two new maps, ranked lobbies, and other gameplay improvements, The Coalition announced toady.
Diner, the first of the two maps, is a brand new map "developed over the course of the last 18 months," according to The Coalition. The map will be based around "a lone neon-lit Diner in a dusty wasteland" where combat is "intense and claustrophobic" inside and more focused on ranged combat outside.
The update will also add Old Town, a re-imagined map from Gears of War 3 that will take place in a snowy UIR Costal town. The map still features "clearly defined three lanes and asymmetrical elevation change from low to high," but is evolved due to new weapon swaps.

Theater Enhances Movies With Screams of Childhood Exhuberance
If you've ever thought movie theaters were too quiet, or playgrounds too loud, one Mexico-based movie theater chain has just what you're after.
According to the LA Times, Cinepolis, the "world’s fourth-largest cinema operator," is installing playground equipment inside some of its theaters. The concept, called "Cinepolis Junior," aims to make the movie-going experience "more fun" for kids.
Right now there are only two locations in the U.S., both in Southern California, and they're set to debut on March 16 in conjunction with the release of Disney's live-action Beauty and the Beast remake.
Stewart’s Future With the X-Men Franchise After Logan
Logan has been marketed from the beginning as the last ride for Wolverine, and Hugh Jackman has been open about how this is his final X-Men movie (though, if the Avengers come calling, he might change his tune).
But if you've seen Logan, chances are you walked away wondering what's next for series star Patrick Stewart, who plays an aged, ailing Charles Xavier in the film. He has made some conflicting comments about whether or not this is his last X-Men movie, but his recent statements helped clarify his stance. Full spoilers for Logan continue below.
