How Negan’s Big Kill Compares to the Comics

Major spoilers for The Walking Dead, both TV show and comics, continue below. Read on at your own risk.

The Walking Dead finally let Negan deliver his killer blow in the Season 7 premiere, "The Day Will Come When You Won't Be," and it turned out he actually had two deaths to serve up.

Captain Marvel Director Announcement By End of Year

Marvel Studios is narrowing its search for the ideal director to helm Captain Marvel, and according to studio head Kevin Feige a decision on who will helm the film will likely be made within the next few months.

In an interview with Vulture, Feige said he expects to have a director selected by year's end. "We've been meeting amazing filmmakers," he noted, before explaining the studio's process in seeking out the right person for the job.

According Feige, the studio starts off each new film project with a general idea of what the movie will be before meeting and sharing the idea with potential directors, and then considering their pitch ideas. As such, it sounds like it's now just a matter of Marvel Studios deciding on which director's pitch to go with. If Feige's prior comments are any indication, Captain Marvel will likely be directed by a woman.
