Overwatch got two new reveals during Gamescom last week. A new map called Eichenwalde was revealed, slated to launch in September. Eichenwalde is an Assault/Escort hybrid map set in a medieval German castle and the surrounding town, a rural countryside that was once the site of a deadly battle between the Omnics and the Crusaders.

Guardians 2 Art Features Huge Monster Showdown

A brand-new piece of concept art for Guardians of the Galaxy: Vol. 2 has been revealed.

The image comes courtesy of Empire and provides a sneak peek at the monstrous creature that Marvel's team of galactic heroes will be facing off against in James Gunns' forthcoming sequel. See Star-Lord (Chris Pratt), Gamora (Zoe Saldana), baby Groot (Vin Diesel), Drax (Dave Bautista) and Rocket (Bradley Cooper) do battle with the massive beast below.

Thor: Ragnarok Includes Scenes in New York City

Several new images from the set of Thor: Ragnarok have emerged, confirming some of the film will take place in New York City and may even feature an appearance by another major Marvel Cinematic Universe character.

While the film is being shot in Brisbane, Australia, Thor star Chris Hemsworth posted the following photo on Twitter (via Heroic Hollywood), showcasing himself and Loki actor Tom Hiddleston seated on a transformed New York set.

ZeniMax Names New Defendants in Lawsuit with Oculus

ZeniMax's lawsuit against Oculus, originally filed in 2014, has recently been updated to now name current Oculus chief technology officer John Carmack and the company's CEO Brendan Iribe as defendants in the case.

In documents obtained by IGN, the amended filing, in addition to naming them as defendants, more substantially cites the roles Carmack and Iribe, and Facebook, play in ZeniMax's allegations.

Among the new details not included in the original suit, the latest filing alleges that in 2013 Carmack, who left the ZeniMax-owned id Software, "secretly and illegally copied thousands of documents containing ZeniMax's intellectual property from his computer at ZeniMax to a USB storage device which he wrongfully took with him to Oculus. After he had joined Oculus, Carmack returned to ZeniMax's premises and took without permission a customized tool that Carmack and other ZeniMax personnel had developed for work on virtual reality."

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Season Pass Detailed

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided's season pass will include upcoming narrative DLC, along with a variety of in-game items that'll be available at launch.

Two story missions are scheduled: System Rift will be available this fall, and A Criminal Past will be released in early 2017. Those who purchase the Mankind Divided season pass will get extra items at launch, too—an assault pack and a tactical pack.

Both sets contain different skinned weapons, ammo, and grenades. Four Praxis kits will also be available, which allow players to "further development the augmentations of

choosing." Additionally, 5,000 credits and 1,000 crafting parts will be adding to season pass holder's game. Five Breach Booster packs — useful for unlocking weapons, items, and ammo — will also be included. Twenty Breach chipsets, too. These are especially helpful in acquiring exclusive items, like premium booster packs.

Mafia III will include over 100 songs, all keeping in the game's 1960s setting, 2K and Hangar 13 announced today.

Aretha Franklin, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Elvis, and many more will be available on the game's in-car radio to let players cruise around New Bourdeaux to dozens of recognizable hits.

And recognizable acts won't be limited to just one song included in the game.Sam Cooke will have five of his tracks in Mafia III — “Chain Gang,” “Wonderful World,” “Bring It On Home To Me,” “Another Saturday Night,” and "I’m Gonna Forget About You” — while The Rolling Stones and Creedence will both be featured with four songs.
