Spider-Man: Stan Lee Weighs in on Rumored Zendaya Role

Disney Channel star Zendaya is rumored to star as a very familiar character in Spider-Man: Homecoming, and comic book creator Stan Lee has come forward to give his approval of her possibly taking on the role.

Warning: Possible Spider-Man: Homecoming spoilers ahead.

The current official word from Sony is that Zendaya will play a character named Michelle, but reports surfaced last week, claiming the actress will actually star as Mary Jane Watson. While some have taken issue with the iconic character being played by a black actress, the man who actually created MJ has no problem with the rumored casting, according to the Toronto Sun.

Readers learn that Amanda was approached by none other than Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine and Dum Dum Dugan with an offer to join S.H.I.E.L.D. Renew Your PS Plus Before the Price Goes Up

PS Plus prices are about to go up for the first time in six years. The official price will go from $50 to $60 on September 22nd, but you can still buy a year at the original price until then. We've often seen sales on a year of PS Plus for around $40, but there are none right now, and I wouldn't be surprised if we didn't see any until after the price hike.

My advice? Buy your next year now, and then if there are any sales between now and September 22nd (I'll post them), buy a second or third year to stave off having to pay for a $60 year subscription.

Wrestling Wrap Up: Miz Was Right to Lose it at Daniel Bryan

Welcome to the week of ALL THE THINGS!

Yes, it's been a busy past few days to say the very freakin' least. There's so much to cover so I'll just throw the caveat out here that I'm probably not going to get to it all. You can read my SummerSlam live-blog here, where I went through all the matches and spewed forth my brain thinkings -- it also includes a video of me, Eric Goldman, and Bobby Amos chatting about the event, which you can also see below -- if you want more SummerSlam coverage than I'm about to provide here.

Salem: New Season 3 Photos Revealed

Salem is returning for its third season this November, and IGN has the exclusive debut of new character photos from WGN America's horror series.

Season 2 ended in a huge way, with the death of Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery), while her son (Oliver Bell) became the living embodiment of the Prince of Darkness himself. Of course, Montgomery is still a part of the show, as is Ashley Madekwe as Tituba (also last seen in a very nasty scenario), so we'll have to see how they come to return from the ghastly events they went through last year.

Click through the gallery below to see all of the new Salem cast photos, including the debut of Samuel Roukin (TURN: Washington's Spies) as the Sentinel.
