If Blastoise Went to War – Battle-Ready Blastoise Cosplay
NTG Cosplay is a cosplayer from Brooklyn, NY, who put together one of the coolest Pokemon cosplays we've ever seen - a Battle-Ready Gijinka Blastoise.
The costume took around 35 hours to finish, with some components bought online and modified, and some hand-made. NTG Cosplay told IGN, "The shell was totally built from scratch with insulation foam, PVC pipes, tons of hot glue, wood glue, paint, and lots of trial and error to figure out how to affix the shell to my back."

Regarding starting out as a cosplayer, NTG Cosplay said, "When I first started, I first did it because I thought it'd be awesome to dress up as someone that not many people were aware of and go to a con and see who could guess who I was. As I continued to do it and achieve success and a slight bit of fame (among my friends, at least), I felt like I wanted to do more, to push myself to do more complicated cosplays, to see how far I could go. As I did that, I noticed that the more risk I took with the different types of cosplay I challenged myself to do, the bigger the sense of accomplishment I felt when I completed it - actually, IF I completed it."
King of Fighters 14 Coming to PS4 in the Americas
SNK Playmore announced new details for The King of Fighters XIV, a sequel in the lauded fighting game series that will be making its way to consoles later this year.
The King of Fighters XIV will be the first entry to use 3D graphics. It's not all new, though—like always, the game will feature its traditional 3v3 battle system. SNK promises a roster of 50 characters, all of which are available at launch. 19 new characters will be introduced, with 31 characters returning from previous games.
The Japanese developers have also made improvements to the fighting engine for more streamlined gameplay, making the game more approachable for new players. A new training mode will pair new players with veterans for in-game tutoring.

Opinion: Rogue One Doesn’t Need Jedi To Be Awesome
Rogue One’s trailer sends a message: this is a new kind of Star Wars movie. For the first time in years, anything can happen.
We’re a long way from the Mos Eisley cantina...there’s nary an alien or monster to be seen in the teaser trailer. There’s not a sign of Jedi, Sith, lightsabers, space battles, dogfights, or any of the other staples I’ve come to expect from Star Wars. Except for Mon Mothma, not a single familiar face appears, though I’ll be shocked if we don’t see at least a glimpse of Vader in the final product.
.These changes make story sense given the time frame and setting... the xenophobic Galactic Empire isn’t likely to let non-humans anywhere near their big, shiny, secret superweapon, and there shouldn’t be Jedi running around the Rebel Base before Skywalker gets there. But these differences are also part of a signal that cuts through this trailer like a lightsaber through Luke’s arm: it's time for something completely different.
Former Rockstar North President Suing Company for $150 Million
Leslie Benzies, former head of Rockstar North, developers of the Grand Theft Auto series, has accused Take-Two Interactive, Rockstar, and the Houser brothers of withholding royalties.
Benzies left Rockstar North in January, after being on sabbatical from September 1, 2014. According to Polygon, Benzies is suing Take-Two Interactive for $150 million, saying the company tried to force him out after his time off.
Here's the statement from Christopher Bakes, a partner at the Locke Lord law firm representing Benzies:

10 Most Devastating Virus Outbreaks in Games
From The Last of Us to Resident Evil, from Sunset Overdrive to The Division, viral outbreaks can ruin video game worlds in any number of ways. But what is it that makes certain video game pandemics stand out for the ever-growing zombie-infested crowd?
The following list explores our most memorable digital contagions, why they struck a chord with us, and the legacy they’ve left on the virus-ridden video game landscape.
Although viral outbreaks in video games tend to be based on fantastical circumstances, the most harrowing examples are the ones that could actually occur in reality. It’s not that I don’t believe in zombies per se, however when the illness or disease in question already exists in the real world, the possibility of a devastating plague feels easier to stomach. Add that to a feasible real life scenario and I’ll be over here cowering behind the couch. Tom Clancy’s The Division introduces Manhattan and the world to a smallpox pandemic that’s circulated via contaminated banknotes on one of the world’s busiest shopping days, Black Friday, dubbing the outbreak “Green Poison” and the “Dollar Flu.” Suddenly, the unrelenting moral panic and high-level hysteria the killer bug initiates seems just as terrifying as the ever-rising body count it has inflicted on society.

Total War: Warhammer DLC Revealed, Contains Free Race
The post release plans for Total War: Warhammer will include both paid and free DLC.
Upcoming free content will include new units, heroes, legendary lords, and a brand new playable race towards the end of the year.
As for paid DLC, the Total War: Warhammer blog gives an idea of some of the other packs we'll be seeing over the coming months.
Lord Packs will be "themed on a specific rivalry of conflict from Warhammer lore." They'll include two playable legendary lords with their own quest chains, campaign bonuses and items. In addition you'll get two new lords to serve generals, a new unique unit, and a new elite unit of renown, which are upgraded versions of existing units.
