The Do-Over: New Trailer for Sandler’s 2nd Netflix Movie

Adam Sandler's The Do-Over is coming to Netflix on May 27. Today, the streaming service revealed the film's first trailer.

Sandler will star alongside David Spade—playing Max and Charlie, respectively—as two friends "tired of their mundane lives."

The pals reunite at their 25th high school reunion, where they decide to "wipe the slate clean" for the ultimate do-over. Max and Charlie fake their own deaths and set off on new lives, with new identities. Warcraft's Paula Patton also stars.

The Do-Over is the second of four Netflix exclusive films coming from Sandler's Happy Madison Productions. The Ridiculous Six, the first of the deal, debuted December 11, 2015.

Doctor Who Returning to Streaming With Amazon Prime

Doctor Who will debut on Amazon Prime Sunday, March 27.

Amazon and BBC have partnered in a multi-year content licensing agreement, making Prime Video the exclusive United States streaming service for the show—which explains why Doctor Who left Netflix in February.

Seasons one through eight of the current version will be available to Amazon Prime members, as well as each holiday episode.

Season nine will be available this fall, along with its Christmas special.

Doctor Who began its run on BBC America in 2005, and centers on the Doctor—a regenerating Time Lord who travels through space and time to save the world. Peter Capaldi plays the current iteration of the Doctor. When Doctor Who showrunner Steven Moffat leaves the BBC series in 2017, the network wants Capaldi to stay onboard as the the Twelfth Doctor.

Saints Row Publisher’s ‘Next Major Announcement’ Coming at E3

Deep Silver, publishers of Saints Row and Dead Island, have an announcement to make.

British computer and games site MCV concludes a profile on the company with the news the publisher will be at E3 2016. Not only that, but Deep Silver will make its "next major announcement" at the expo.

While it may seem silly for Deep Silver to announce it's "not going to be absent" from the major trade show, it makes sense when you consider several major companies have dropped their booth space for this year's event.

Call of Duty publisher Activision dropped out of E3 earlier this year, following EA's decision to do the same. Since then more publishers opted out of E3 for one reason or another.

Doom Multiplayer Modes Revealed

Doom will launch with six multiplayer modes, Bethesda announced today.

First off is Soul Harvest, a kill-and-collect game mode similar to Kill Confirmed in Call of Duty. Players will need to collect the souls of killed enemies to earn points, while teammates collect allies' souls to deny enemies from gaining points.

What's more, the first player killed in a Soul Harvest match will drop a demon rune, which will turn the collector into a powerful demon. The power-up has no time limit and kills with it will yield two souls instead of one.

In the Freeze Tag game mode, instead of dying, players are frozen in place and can only be thawed out by allies standing nearby. Frozen players will slide around the map if shot at, so allies can knock them into a hazard to shatter them and cause a respawn, or enemies can knock them away from players trying to thaw them out. The objective of Freeze Tag is to completely freeze the opposing team.
