Warcraft Movie Products To Be Unveiled at BlizzCon
Warcraft fans will get their first look at the movie’s merchandise this weekend at BlizzCon 2015.
Everything from high-end collectibles to figures and toys to apparel will be on display from companies like Weta Workshop, Jakks Pacific, and Funko.
New Zealand-based Weta Workshop, known for its special effects and props work on Peter Jackson’s The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings, will display collectible Alliance figures and weapons as well as a statue of Orgrim, which will be available for pre-order at the event.
Figures from Jakks Pacific will be on-hand, as well as concepts for Funko’s upcoming line based on the Warcraft movie.
In addition to toys and collectibles, the Warcraft: Behind the Dark Portal art book from Insight Editions will be at the show and available for pre-order and a prequel novel and film novelization are in the works through Titan Publishing. Fans can also check out new apparel and jewelry based on the film from J!NX and RockLove Jewelry.
Kim Kardashian Game Developer Being Sued
The studio behind the Kim Kardashian: Hollywood mobile game is being sued for allegedly stealing the idea.
Just Games Interactive Entertainment LLC has filed suit against both Glu Mobile and Kardashian's manager mother, Kris Jenner, according to the Associated Press. The suit seeks $10 million in damages.
Just Games alleges that it prepared a detailed pitch that it had presented to a representative of Kris Jenner. It claims that the proposal it pitched bears a striking resemblance to the final game released in June 2014.
Kim Kardashian: Hollywood has been wildly successful, having reportedly raked in roughly $200 million last year alone. Kardashian herself took home $85 million of that money.
Survey Finds 80% of Gamers Will Vote in 2016 Election
In an effort to display how politically involved the gaming population is, the Entertainment Software Association (ESA) has released a number of statistics.
GamesIndustry reports Ipsos Media CT conducted a survey of 4,000 people and found 80 percent of gamers eligible to vote plan to participate in the 2016 presidential election.
According to the statistics, 79% of gamers voted in the 2012 election, while the US Census Bureau reports only 61.8% of eligible American voters turned out to cast a vote in the Obama vs. Romney race.
The survey reports a number of issues important to gamers,48 percent of which identify as conservative, 38 percent as liberal, and 14 percent as "other." These issues include the economy, terrorism, renewable energy, and race relations.
Sony Announces PlayStation Collectible Cards
Sony has announced that it will be debuting a collectible card game at this year's PlayStation Experience.
The PlayStation Collectible Cards are described on the PlayStation blog as being like baseball cards for video games - "with way more aliens, superheroes, mechs, and tentacles."
The Witcher Movie Planned for 2017
The American production company behind The Mummy franchise, the Sean Daniel Company, is working on a movie based on the Witcher novels with Polish film company Platige Image.
According to Platige Image, the film will be directed by Tomasz Bagiński, who was nominated for an Oscar for an animated short film for The Cathedral. Bagiński also did cinematics for the Witcher games and is currently the creative director at Platige Image.
The full-length feature films will focus on Geralt, the main character of The Witcher novels and games, and will be based on "themes from" the short stories "The Witcher" and "Lesser Evil." "Lesser Evil" details how Geralt came to be known as "the butcher of Blaviken."
WWE’s Seth Rollins Injured; Will Be Out for Six-Nine Months
While wrestling Kane in Dublin, Ireland last night, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins suffered a knee injury - right ACL/MCL/medial meniscus tears - and had to be carried out of the ring. According to WWE.com, Rollins will now be out 6-9 months.
Rollins was to face Roman Reigns at the upcoming Survivor Series PPV on Sunday, November 22nd. However, now the title has been vacated and there will be a tournament held at the event to determine a new champion.

Fantastic Beasts: Plot and Character Details Revealed
A few new story and character details for J.K. Rowling's Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them have been revealed.
Per Entertainment Weekly, Fantastic Beasts tells the story of the English-born wizard Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne), an eccentric magi zoologist who travels to New York for a very specific purpose (one the studio is currently keeping under wraps).
At his side, Newt carries a case - one which, as with Hermione's bag in Deathly Hallows, is far larger on the inside than it appears to be, and contains "expansive habitats for a collection of rare and endangered magical creatures" he's collected from all around the world.
Microsoft Rumored to Be Working on a Cortana-Based Wearable
Microsoft's already entered the wearable market with the Band 2, but the company is now rumored to be working on something for the ears rather than the wrist.
Wareable, citing an unnamed source, reports that Microsoft's new device will be powered by the Cortana digital assistant, and is currently being referred to as the "Clip." This implies that it will clip onto the ear like earrings, or it could be similar to Motorola's Moto Hint, which has an earbud shaped design.
Fallout 4 Garage Recreated Using LEGO
Only days away from its release, Fallout 4 excitement has reached a peak high. Multiple products like emoji and beer bear a Fallout branding, and many fans have turned to creative outlets to join in.
One such fan is a LEGO builder named Pierre Import, who has created a scale model of the Fallout 4 garage, complete with power armor and dogmeat looking on. Check it out in the slideshow below.
