Pokemon: Symphonic Evolutions Debuts in UK Later This Year
Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions, a live event celebrating the series, is debuting in the UK on December 20, 2015.
Following the sold-out performances in the North America, the show -- which uses a full orchestra and large-screen projectors to "bring
to life" -- is coming to the Hammersmith Apollo, London.
Susie Benchasil Seiter will conduct the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and perform the game themes composed by Junichi Masuda. Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions will also feature music composed by Chad Seiter and on-screen visual displays directed by Jeron Moore.
There will also be an opportunity to meet Susie, Chad, and Jeron in an after-show poster signing.
Secret Wars #5 Sells Big in August
Secret Wars #5 was the best-selling comic book in August, according to Diamond Comics' sales figures. The continued success of both the Secret Wars crossover and their various Star Wars comics helped Marvel claim seven of the ten slots on the top ten best-selling comics list, though they faced renewed competition from perennial favorites like Batman and The Walking Dead.
The sales figures revealed a couple other interesting trends. Amazing Spider-Man: renew Your Vows appears to be the most successful of the many Secret Wars tie-ins. Is that merely due to the enduring popularity of Dan Slott's Amazing Spider-Man series, or does it indicate a demand for more stories featuring a married Peter Parker? Also, while it didn't quite crack the top ten, DC Bombshells #1 sold unusually well (ranking at #18) for a reprint of a digital-first series.
Minority Report: Meagan Good on Becoming a Sci-Fi Hero
With a varied career that has included everything from Saw V to Think Like a Man and Anchorman 2, Meagan Good is now starring in FOX's new TV series Minority Report, debuting Monday on FOX. Set in the same world as the Steven Spielberg film of the same name, the series picks up a decade after the events of the movie. Good plays Detective Lara Vega, who allies herself with Dash (Stark Sands), one of the precogs freed at the end of the film. While the two work together to stop crimes before they happen, they also search for Dash’s missing precog twin, Arthur (Nick Zano).
A few weeks back at FOX's TCA (Television Critics Association) party, I spoke to Good about her role in the series -- which includes Spielberg among the executive producers -- and what it’s like joining the world of Minority Report.

Rainbow Six Siege Launches with 10 Maps, More Coming as DLC
Rainbow Six Siege is set to launch with ten maps, though more will be released down the line according to one of the game's developers.
Speaking to PC Gamer, level designer Benoit Deschamps confirmed how many maps would be included when the game is released, explaining the final figure was whittled down from a pool of over 50 potential concepts.
"As for now yes, there are ten maps," he said, "but we have more planned because we’re already working on more content for players after launch."
Rainbow Six Siege is set to enter beta very soon, and we're giving away beta codes to anyone who wants one. Special Editions of Rainbow Six Siege have already been announced, too.

The Last of Us 2 Accidentally Outed in Naughty Dog Stream
Naughty Dog appears to have accidentally confirmed the existence of The Last of Us 2 during a livestream focused on the upcoming Nathan Drake Collection.
First noticed by Gamepur, during the livestream featuring community strategist Eric Monacelli, writer Josh Scherr and lead animator Eric Baldwin, Scherr seemed to all but confirm a second Last of Us game is indeed on the way.
"All the facial animation in the Uncharted series was led up by Eric, here," he begins, "and
the first The Last of Us. Uh, did I say the first The Last of Us?”
Though it's not an official confirmation, if you watch the video above and note how flustered Scherr becomes, repeating himself several times and tripping over his words, it certainly seems like he realises he's slipped up. It's possible he's referring to the original game rather than the Left Behind expansion, of course, but this seems unlikely.
