Fallout 4 Won’t Have Timed-Exclusive DLC

Bethesda has confirmed Fallout 4 DLC won't be released as a timed-exclusive on any platform.

Taking to Twitter, the company's Pete Hines answered a fan concerned that certain platforms may be getting bonus content sooner than others by promising this wouldn't be the case. "We aren't doing a DLC exclusive with anyone," he said.

Compression techniques and clever use of assets could certainly help compact the game. A decent chunk of the 28GB required will be dedicated to dialogue, as Fallout 4 has more spoken lines than Skyrim and Fallout 3 combined.
