There Is a Ned Flanders-Themed Metal Band
Phoenix-based Okilly Dokilly is the world’s first “Nedal” band, and it’s inspired entirely by The Simpson’s Ned Flanders.
The five members of the band—Head Ned, Bled Ned, Red Ned, Thread Ned, and Stead Ned—dress just like Homer Simpson's extremely religious neighbor, sporting gray slacks, green sweaters and pink collared shirts. They even wear glasses and most sport mustaches.
According to an interview with Rip It Up, the idea for Okilly Dokilly materialized while Head Ned and drummer Bled Ned were coming up with “cutesy names for really hardcore, brutal bands.”

Star Wars Anthology Film Moving Forward Without Trank
Although the untitled Star Wars Anthology film lost director Josh Trank, it's still moving forward.
Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has stated the movie isn't going away, according to Entertainment Weekly. "It’s still one of the stories that we absolutely want to tell,” she said.
“There is a lot of innovative technology in and around what it is we’re doing with that story, so for a lot of reasons, we were comfortable postponing that. But we’re definitely still developing it.”
Originally planned as the second Star Wars Anthology film, Trank was set to helm the movie before leaving the project. X-Men writer and Star Wars consultant Simon Kinberg was originally penning the script, though there hasn't been any clarification about his role since Trank departed.
Lundgren Reportedly Starring in Kindergarten Cop 2
Swedish actor and martial artist Dolph Lundgren is reportedly starring in Kindergarten Cop 2, taking over for the original film's lead (and his Expendables co-star) Arnold Schwarzenegger.
According to TheWrap, Lundgren has signed on for the direct-to-DVD sequel to the 1990 comedy, but he will play a different character than Schwarzenegger's John Kimble. Lundgren's character is searching for a missing Federal Witness Protection Program flash drive and also trying to steer clear of Albanian villains.
Lundgren won't be alone in Kindergarten Cop 2, though. The report states there's an Indian sidekick called Sanjit who's assisting him in the home video sequel.
Apple Recalling Small Number of Apple TVs Due to Faulty Component
If you recently purchased a third-generation Apple TV, Apple may come to you asking to replace it.
You won't find a big public announcement about the recall, as it's on a very small scale. So small, in fact, that the tech giant is emailing people individually and recommending they exchange it for a brand new one - one that will be shipped overnight.
A MacRumors writer shared their email from the company, explaining that he'd bought the device "just a few weeks ago." Based on this, it's suspected that any other affected Apple TVs were also bought within the last several weeks.
PS4 and Xbox One Are Selling Much Faster Than PS3 and Xbox 360 Did
If you compare the amount of time the consoles have been on the market, Xbox One and PS4 are massively outselling their last-gen counterparts.
According to NPD Group, 21 months after launch, PS4 and Xbox One sales are "close to" 50% ahead of where PS3 and Xbox 360 sales were at the same time in their lifespan. Overall, game hardware sales rose 2% from June to July.

Additionally, NPD has shared that LEGO: Jurassic World was the best-selling game in July.
Han Solo May Be a Teenager in His Next Movie
Lucasfilm boss Kathleen Kennedy says Han Solo will "definitely be probably in the high teens, low 20s" in his own Anthology film that will be directed by The LEGO Movie's Phil Lord and Chris Miller.
“We’re not introducing you to a 10-year-old Han Solo," Kennedy told Entertainment Weekly. She also assured fans they're justifying why they're even exploring such an iconic character in a prequel, and that they're aware they don't want to demystify him.
“There’s got to be a reason for
