Ryan Reynolds Prefers Deadpool’s Suit to Green Lantern’s

A tight, red practical suit is better than a grey, CG-reference costume.

At least, that's what Ryan Reynolds is saying about the experience of wearing a mocap onesie for Green lantern versus his practical costume for Deadpool.

Speaking with Screen Rant, Reynolds' preference for the Deadpool get-up was made abundantly clear by the actor.

"Deadpool, you can't even compare," said Reynolds. "I mean, it's brutal doing a film where you're wearing a motion-capture suit for the whole time."

Reynolds admitted that having a practical costume has also allowed him to support a worthy cause.

Street Fighter 5 Stage Revealed, Character Announcement Coming

Street Fighter V’s next stage is set and a character reveal is imminent.

In a recorded message for the Warner Brothers Games Summit, Street Fighter producer Yoshinori Ono revealed Ryu and Chun Li duking it out in a brand new Brazilian stage background, according to Event Hubs.

“Unfortunately I couldn’t be there in person, but to make up for it I’m happy to announce the inclusion of a Brazil stage, which you’ll all get to see today!” Ono said.

The stage takes place on the streets of a Brazilian city set in front of a hill with buildings built in tiers up the side, featuring what appears to be a World Cup looking trophy at its peak.

PlayStation Network Currently Experiencing Issues [Update]

Update: All PlayStation Network services are now back up and running, according to the PSN Status page.

Original Story: PlayStation Network is currently experiencing issues, limiting users' access to content from PlayStation Now and Sony's online marketplace.

Additionally, the PSN Status page confirms that both gaming and social features are also facing problems. As such, you may be "experiencing issues related to launching games, applications, and/or social features such as trophies, messaging, or friends list."

First Look at McCarthy in Her Ghostbusters Uniform

We recently saw the new Ghostbusters uniforms hanging on a rack, and here's your first look at a one in action....sort of.

A photo taken from the Ghostbusters set shows Melissa McCarthy decked out in the new bustin' outfit, although this isn't exactly an action shot, and she's not wearing the critical proton pack which really ties the whole thing together. Check it out below.

What Does The Han Solo Movie Mean for Flash, Jump St?

What will happen to Christopher Miller and Phil Lord's other directorial projects - namely their Flash feature, a third Jump St, and an animated Spider-Man - now they're helming a Han Solo standalone film for 2018?

According to THR, it's likely that the Flash feature the pair were developing for Warner Bros is now be off the table. The same goes for the third movie in their successful Jump St series, however they could stay on as writer or producer for both these projects. The animated Spider-Man feature they were developing for Sony will be less affected, considering they expressed no intentions to direct it.

Portal Creator Kim Swift to Give Keynote Speech at PAX Prime 2015

PAX Prime's featured "Storytime" Keynote speaker is one of the creative minds behind Portal.

Kim Swift currently works as Senior Game Designer at Amazon Game Studios and has previously worked on games such as Left 4 Dead, Quantum Conundrum, and Soul Fjord.

She'll be sharing stories and insight about her career at this year's PAX Prime convention in Seattle, WA. The event is scheduled to run from August 28-31.

In addition to Swift, several musical artists will perform during PAX Prime, including the Protomen, Returners, Bit Brigade, 7bit Hero, FreezePop, and MC Frontalot.

Zero Escape 3 ‘More Philosophical Than Past Volumes’

When Aksys and Zero Escape series creator Kotaro Uchikoshi announced Zero Escape Volume 3 last week, they didn't say much about the plot. Speaking to IGN, Uchikoshi has revealed a little more on what to expect from Zeroes Escape Volume 3.

Marvel’s Daredevil Casts Its Elektra

Marvel has announced that Elodie Yung (G.I. Joe Retaliation, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) will play Elektra in Daredevil: Season 2.

This version of Elektra Natchios is described as "a mysterious woman from Matt Murdock's past whose dangerous and exotic ways may be more than he can handle." The first season of Daredevil made reference to Elektra in a college flashback scene, but now Yung will portray one of Daredevil's most popular characters.

Special Edition Game of Thrones Risk to Release Soon

An upcoming special edition of Risk will finally allow you to conquer the seven kingdoms and claim the Iron Throne as your own.

Themed around the HBO television series Game of Thrones, this special edition Risk will contain a number of features uniquely based upon the fantasy epic.

The Wall Street Journal reports Game of Thrones Risk will offer three different ways to play, with each mode focused on separate Houses from the series. Objective and Maester cards serve as tie-ins to alter gameplay and give players additional goals, and special Character cards allow players to use the individual skills of four major characters in each House to aid in their quest for victory.
