New Trailer: Submarine Thriller Pressure
We've got our hands on the new trailer and poster for tense submarine thriller Pressure.
Hitting UK screens on August 21 and starring Danny Huston, Matthew Goode, Joe Cole and Daisy Lowe, the synopsis is as follows, while the one-sheet and trailer are below.
Four deep sea saturation divers become stranded 650ft below the surface of the Indian Ocean after disaster strikes their ship. With the air in their bodies compressed to withstand the depth, surfacing too fast without decompressing is unthinkable and will lead to almost certain death.
Nintendo Victorious in Handheld Patent Lawsuit
Nintendo has won a patent suit filed against eight of its handheld consoles, including the 3DS, DSi and Game Boy Advance.
The suit was filed by the Quintal Research Group after it secured a parent for a "computerized information retrieval system" back in 2008. The crucial bit of the patent focused on the device "having a generally rectangular shape with a display screen on one side that has a frame with an ergonomic placement of finger controls including a pair of thumb controls on the top of the display with at least one of the finger controls being a cursor or pointer control."
Though Quintal swiftly informed Nintendo about the patent at the start of 2009 and offered the Japanese giant a license four times, Nintendo refused to continue discussions in July of the same year.Quintal filed the suit in February 2013 and sought damages, costs and other relief if deemed appropriate by the court. It has now been decided by federal court in Oakland, California that Nintendo did not breach any of Quintal's patents.

Two Microsoft Exclusives Confirmed to Miss Gamescom 2015
Xbox boss Phil Spencer has confirmed Sea of Thieves and ReCore will not be appearing at Gamescom this year.
The two titles, both announced at this year's E3 to positive reactions, will miss the conference as "another demo so close to E3 is just tough on production."
Sea of Thieves is a first-person, multiplayer pirate adventure game coming to Xbox One and PC at some stage in the future. Developed by Rare, it's already shaping up to be a title to keep an eye on.
ReCore, meanwhile, comes from the brains behind Metroid Prime and Mega Man, and apparently tells a story focusing on main heroine Jewel and her survival.

Mortal Kombat X May Get More Character DLC Packs
Mortal Kombat X may soon be getting a fresh raft of DLC characters, if a comment made on a livestream is anything to go by.
Yesterday, developer NetherRealm Studios showed off the final fighter set to join the roster as part of the first Kombat Pack - Tremor. At the end of the livestream, however, was a reference to this being the end of "Kombat Pack 1".
While not conclusive, this certainly suggests the existence of at least one more Kombat Pack. This one has contained four fighters, so it's safe to assume we'll be seeing more than one character included in the next one too.
We've reached out to Warner Bros. to see if there's an official announcement incoming and will update this story when we hear back.
Sony Announces PS4 Update 2.57 ‘Coming Soon’
Sony has announced PS4 system software update 2.57 will be released "soon".
The patch is a minor one, designed to improve the "stability of some features." No estimated release date has been announced.
The NPD Group released its sales findings for June last Thursday and, once again, the best-selling console was Sony's PlayStation 4.
The PS4 has sold over 22.3 million consoles as of the end of April, with 38 million expected to be sold by the end of March 2016. Microsoft's keeping its cards closer to its chest, however, with the only sales update we've received being in last November, when nearly 10 million had been sold-in to retailers - not to gamers.

First, let's take a look at the cover, crafted by Alex Ross, in its entirety.
