The initial hack was developed by a couple of security researchers, who also helped the carmaker develop a patch, but Chrysler is now taking larger steps to ensure more car owners get the fix as soon as possible.

Japanese Rice Farmers Create Star Wars Mural in Paddy
Rice farmers in Japan recently found a unique way to express their love of Star Wars.
Located in Inkadate Village in Japan's Aomori prefecture, a design team used computer software to map out a mural featuring BB-8, C-3PO, and R2D2 made entirely out of rice plants.
Once they had finalized the field's design, specially-marked reeds mapping out individual lines were placed in the paddy. Mental Floss reports that later, planters began sowing different types of rice plants to get the varied color effect that comprises the design.
Game of Thrones: What We Know About Season 6
Spoilers for all of HBO's Game of Thrones as well as some slight spoilers/speculations about Season 6...
Usually by this point in the summer, we know a lot more about the upcoming Game of Thrones season than we do right now. Firstly, we've always had the books to go by for story beats and big deaths. That's no longer the case. Also, we've usually gotten some for casting news and all we have right now are character listings. Plus, we've occasionally had, by this point, confirmation from executive producers D.B. Weiss and David Benioff about something regarding the new season. New locations, new characters, etc.
But Game of Thrones: Season 6 is truly proving to be uncharted territory. We even wrote up our first ever "What We Want from a Game of Thrones Season" feature for Season 6 because the story ahead is now a mystery to both book readers and non-book readers alike. The playing field has been leveled. We have no idea even if Game of Thrones will end with Season 7 (which Weiss and Benioff both seem to want) or with an extra Season 8 (as it seems HBO hopes). So there's really no telling when or how the story will begin wrapping up.

Fallout 4 Players Can Romance Companions
New Fallout 4 details were revealed at a Quakecon-exclusive demo today.
Up to 12 companions will be available to join players in the post-apocalyptic RPG.
Players will also be able romance those companions, regardless of gender.
Strangely, the dozen companions include Dogmeat and Codsworth, a canine and a Mr. Handy robot, respectively. Howard did not specify if players could actually romance the two non-human companions but it can be assumed that might not be the case.
IGN is interviewing Bethesda at Quakecon and we’ll be asking more about Fallout 4’s romance details.
In the meantime, check out our Fallout 4 live blog for more details from the demo, which will not be shown anywhere else.
