First Rise of the Tomb Raider Gameplay Footage Revealed

During Microsoft's E3 Xbox Conference, Crystal Dynamics showed off the first gameplay footage of the Microsoft timed exclusive, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and also announced a November 10, 2015 release date. (That's the same day Bethesda will release Fallout 4.)

The footage showed Lara walking through a cavern lit by a flare, before emerging on a mountainside. She and her companion are searching for a lost city, scrambling alongside a mountain in a snow storm.

She lunges onto a vertical sheet of ice, and climbs up using ice axes, jumping between crags and outcroppings.

Sea of Thieves Announced for Xbox One

Rare has announced Sea of Thieves, a first-person, multiplayer pirate adventure game coming to Xbox One.

The brief trailer showed a pirate exploring a jungle, meeting up with allies, and taking to the seas to siege other ships.

Massive 30 Game Rare Collection Coming to Xbox One

Rare Replay – a massive 30 game collection – is coming to Xbox One on August 4, 2015.

Take a look back at the rich history of Rare in the video above.

The collection marks the 30th anniversary of the acclaimed British developer, and brings together select titles from 2D NES classics to more recent Xbox 360 games. It contains new challenges, cheats, and achievements, boasting over a gamerscore over 10000 points and over 700 hours of gameplay.

Rare Replay will cost $29.99 US / €29.99 / £19.99 / $29.99 AU.

Rise of the Tomb Raider Release Date Revealed

At today's Xbox e3 conference, it was revealed that Rise of the Tomb Raider is coming November 10, 2015.

The release date was preceded by a long demo showing Lara's harrowing ascent up an icy cliff. In true, over-the-top Tomb Raider fashion, the cliff begins to crack and fall apart.

Beyond Eyes Coming First to Xbox One This Summer

Tiger & Squid's adventure game Beyond Eyes is coming first to Xbox One this summer 2015, Microsoft revealed during its E3 2015 press conference.

In Beyond Eyes, players must guide a blind 10 year-old girl called Rae through an unfamiliar world as she search for a fat stray cat she has befriended named Nani. Players must rely on sound to discover and navigate their mysterious environment.

The adventure game was first shown off during the Annual Game Developers Conference 2015 and is slated for release on PlayStation 4 and PC.

DayZ Creator Announces Next Game

A new game from the creator of DayZ, titled Ion, was announced during Microsoft's E3 2015 press conference. Its coming first to Xbox One and PC, and it's coming to Game Preview as well.

The short trailer showed off a lingering shot of space, as well as hints that you'd be switching bodies with other beings.

Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition Exclusive to EB in Australia, NZ

Earlier today Bethesda announced it will be launching a special edition of Fallout 4 that comes with a wearable Pip-Boy. It’s since been revealed that, in Australia and New Zealand, this limited version of Fallout 4 will be exclusive to EB Games. Fallout freaks desperate for this edition will need to go through EB Games or go overseas, so to speak.

EB Games is limiting sales of the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition to strictly one per customer. It’ll be AUD $190 in Australia. The NZ price is yet to be finalised; EB Games’ NZ site maintains the price currently displayed there is a placeholder.

Kit Harington vs. Andy Samberg on 7 Days in Hell Poster

HBO has released its official poster art for its upcoming special presentation 7 Days In Hell, a mockumentary about a marathon, seven-day tennis match between two of the greatest fictional tennis players of all-time.

7 Days In Hell looks back at the match between “hyper-malcontent” Aaron Williams (Samberg) against “dim-witted prodigy” Charles Poole, and also features interviews with real tennis pros John McEnroe and Serena Williams.

7 Days In Hell, which first premiered at the South by Southwest film festival back in March, will air on HBO on Saturday, July 11 and will also be available on HBO Go and HBO NOW. The air date coincides with the first weekend of this year’s Wimbledon tournament.

The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy edition is now available for pre-order. It's listed on Amazon for $119.99 and is available when the game is released on November 10, 2015 across PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.

The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition will come with your very own Pip-Boy.

Essentially, it's a casing that houses most smart phones and will work in conjunction with an iOS and Android second-screen app to create a fully-functional Pip-Boy. The game's director Todd Howard said he's not usually a fan of collector's edition but referred the Pip-Boy as the "best f***ing one I've ever seen."
