David Goldfarb and Benjamin Cousins have come together to co-found a new indie studio called The Outsiders.

Goldfarb, who previously worked at Battlefield developer DICE, left his job as game director for PayDay 2 to become independent back in July 2014.

Cousins worked with Goldfarb at DICE, but eventually left to help launch Ngmco Sweden before becoming a free-to-play game consultant.

Speaking with Eurogamer, Goldfarb explained that he had been working on an idea for his new indie venture, but realized he wouldn't be able to do it alone.

Jon Stewart to WWE’s Seth Rollins: “I’m Comin’ For You!”

Could it be that Jon Stewart, now only mere months away from leaving his post at The Daily Show, is finally allowing his wrestling fandom shine to through more? I mean, you might remember when he went on a small, spirited rant last year about The Undertaker losing at WrestleMania 30.

Well now, in good fun, Stewart has filmed a response to WWE Superstar Seth Rollins' comments from this past Monday night's episode of RAW (about The Daily Show being unwatchable) and the WWE is, understandably, touting it like crazy.

Check it out...

With only one double-sized final episode to go, Parks and Recreation's seven season run is almost over (NOOOOOOOOO!)

So what better way to help us cope with our upcoming loss than to take a look back and everyone's favorite bacon-loving, government-hating, gold-burying, banana-battling alpha specimen, Ron Swanson?

CS:GO Gets Largest Tournament Ever in August

The world’s largest Counter-Strike: Global Offensive tournament to date will be hosted by the Electronic Sports League (ESL) this August 22-23 in Cologne, Germany.

Held in the indoor Lanxess Arena, the event will seat 15,000 spectators and offer $250,000 in prize money to the winners among sixteen competing teams.

This time around, the prize pool is funded by ESL itself rather than the eSports community.

This is a decision that Ulrich Schulze, Managing Director of Pro Gaming at ESL, says is indicative of the organization’s dedication to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and its growing popularity in the eSports world.

MLB 15 The Show Gets ‘Distilled’ Diamond Dynasty Mode

MLB 15 The Show is making some changes to its Diamond Dynasty mode, simplifying it and nicknaming it "Diamond Dynasty Distilled."

The studio announced the changes with a brief video. You'll get universal rewards as usual, but you'll also get one of three mode-specific rewards from playing inside the Diamond Dynasty mode: a player, a piece of equipment, or a stadium. The aim was to make sure playing Diamond Dynasty was the fastest way to build your team.

Player cards won't expire anymore, so you don't have to worry about losing your favorite player. A new "My Squad" screen compiles all of your team composure in one place. It's modeled after fantasy baseball, so it should seem familiar to fantasy fans. Each team will only have one customizable Dynasty player, to put the focus back on building teams with real MLB players. The customizable player is similar to the Road to the Show mode, but levels up by "eating" unwanted cards. Plus, that custom player can move to any position at any time.
