Game of Thrones: Season 7 Premiere Date Revealed
HBO has announced that Game of Thrones' seven-episode Season 7 will premiere on Sunday, July 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
The reveal was made during a Facebook live event following yesterday's debut of the first Season 7 poster.
Sir Davos Seaworth actor Liam Cunningham recently spoke to IGN about how Season 7 will see a lot of the show's expansive ensemble cast coming together.
Marvel Unleashes ‘Weapons of Mutant Destruction’
Marvel has announced "Weapons of Mutant Destruction," a new comic book crossover that will unite the casts of Weapon X and Totally Awesome Hulk this summer.
The crossover was first teased by Marvel Editor-in-Chief Axel Alonso last week. According to Comicbook.com, "Weapons of Mutant Destruction" will force Amadeus Cho to team up with the cast of Weapon X (which launches in April and features Old Man Logan, Sabretooth, Lady Deathstrike, Domino and Warpath). This combined force of mutant assassins and Hulk will be attempting to prevent the Weapon X program from unleashing a secret project called "Batch H," which appears to be a genetically engineered monster with the strength of Hulk and the adamantium claws of Wolverine.
Batman Returns’ Danny DeVito, Tim Burton Reunite for Dumbo
Batman Returns star Danny DeVito has teamed up with Tim Burton once again to play the villain in the live-action Dumbo remake.
Variety reports DeVito will portray the ringmaster, the host of the circus Dumbo gets trapped in, and the master of every animal that's kept there. Along with DeVito, Eva Green is also in final talks to join the cast as a French trapeze artist, though not much else about the character is known.

Glenn Howerton Could Be Leaving It’s Always Sunny
One of the main stars on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia might not return for Season 13.
During an interview with Uproxx, Dennis Reynolds actor Glenn Howerton was asked if his character will be coming for another season following the events of the Season 12 finale. Howerton, surprisingly, said there's a good chance he won't continue doing the show for a few reasons.
"So… it’s a little complicated," Howerton told Uproxx. "It’s not entirely certain whether I am or am not," adding he "might be, but I might not be."
Howerton then went on to confirm his potential decision to leave the long-running comedy series is solely down to a personal reason, as he doesn't have any issues with the cast and crew.
Hulk ‘Like a God’ in Thor: Ragnarok
Thor: Ragnarok will showcase a different side of Mark Ruffalo's Bruce Banner/Hulk, as the angry green hero will be be "more of a character" than he was in the Avengers films.

The plot of Thor: Ragnarok was recently revealed, confirming prior reports that the film will travel to Sakaar, the main setting from Planet Hulk, where Banner's angry green side is a powerful gladiator.
Speaking to Entertainment Weekly, Ruffalo said that in Ragnarok Hulk is "more of a character than the green rage machine you've seen in the Avengers movies." This time around, Hulk's "got a swagger. He's like a god."
Telltale Games’ Guardians of the Galaxy First Look Revealed
Ahead of more details coming at PAX East 2017, Telltale Games has revealed a first look at its take on Marvel's Guardians of the Galaxy, as well as revealed who will be voicing Star-Lord, Gamora, and the rest of the group.
Telltale has unveiled the first screenshots of the upcoming episodic series, offering a glimpse at the full Guardians team, as well as a glimpse at some of the series' locations, including Knowhere.
Telltale also announced the voice cast for the entire Guardians team — Friday Night Lights star Scott Porter will voice Star-Lord, Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor actress Emily O'Brien will star as Gamora, Uncharted actor Nolan North will portray Rocket, Watch Dogs' Brandon Paul Eells will voice Drax, and The Wolf Among Us' Adam Harrington will lend Groot his signature dialogue.
Vote for Your Country’s Hearthstone World Cup Players
As the Hearthstone Global Games approach, Blizzard has opened up voting for all 48 participating countries to choose which player they want to represent their nation in the tournament. Voting closes on March 14 at 12am PT.
If you aren't from one of the 48 countries, you can vote for a player from any of the countries that are participating. Blizzard promises voters a free Whispers of the Old Gods card pack, which will be sent at a "later date."

Thor: Ragnarok’s Plot Revealed
Thor: Ragnarok's plot has been revealed and it confirms plenty of rumors about the anticipated Marvel movie.

According to Entertainment Weekly, the film kicks off with Thor (Chris Hemsworth) trying to find out who manipulated the Avengers at the end of Age of Ultron and discovering that Loki (Tom Hiddleston) has been impersonating Odin (Anthony Hopkins), who has since gone missing. Due to Loki's terrible leadership, the deadly and imprisoned Hela (Cate Blanchett) manages to escape captivity and successfully fights off Thor, sending him to Sakaar, a planet ruled by the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum).
Violent Smash ‘em Up Ape Out Gets a Playable Trailer
Ape Out, a stylishly violent top-down action game from creator Gabe Cuzzillo and publisher Devolver Digital, was officially announced today with a "playable trailer" you can download on Steam. It's coming to PC and unspecified consoles in Summer 2017.
The demo has you take charge of a recently escaped gorilla as he grabs, throws, and smashes his way through a series of guard-filled sequences while the credits flash on-screen. If you don't want to play it, you can also watch the trailer below.

Square Enix to Publish WW2 Shooter Battalion 1944
Battalion 1944, the skill-based multiplayer shooter aiming to usher in a return to World War 2 games, will now be published by Square Enix through its Collective label.
The work of British developer Bulkhead Interactive, the game reached its Kickstarter funding goal within 3 days last year, going on to make more than double the amount asked for.
Bulkhead explains that Square Enix Collective offers both funding and administrative support, allowing the small studio to focus on development and community interaction.
