Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: A New Frontier Episode 3 Release Date Announced
The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series — A New Frontier's third episode, "Above the Law" will be released on March 28.
Telltale Games made the announcement during its PAX East 2017 panel today revealing that the next episode in the third season will be arriving at the end of this month. A New Frontier took a different approach to its release, debuting the first two episodes at once when it launched in December.
Instead of a full trailer, Telltale brought a clip from episode 3, exclusively shown to the PAX audience, that hinted at what's to come in the latest chapter.
A New Frontier introduces players to a new protagonist, Javi, and sees the return of Clementine, who starred in the first two seasons of Telltale's take on The Walking Dead.
Why Wonder Woman Is Set During World War I
Producer Charles Roven has got several superhero movies on his long list of credits, not the least of which are the Christopher Nolan Dark Knight films. More recently, though, he’s helped bring to the screen Man of Steel, Batman v Superman, and very soon, Wonder Woman.
I spoke to Mr. Roven when he was still shooting Wonder Woman last year, as the production neared the end of its time in England and was preparing to move to Italy for its Themyscira scenes. Read on for the full chat, where we discuss adapting the Diana Prince of the comics, introducing her in Batman v Superman before her solo film, setting the movie during World War I, and more.
Some minor spoilers follow.
Mothergunship Is Intense, First-Person, Bullet Hell Madness
First-person shooters and bullet hells aren’t a common pairing, and that’s a shame — the result can be complete, overwhelming madness, and I mean that in the best way possible. If you’ve played Devil Daggers or even Tower of Guns (the first game from Terrible Posture Games), you know what I mean.
There’s a certain, frantic joy in strafing around an arena while juggling a few dozen threats at the center of your crosshairs. That kind of fast-paced chaos is exactly what Terrible Posture’s latest endeavor, Mothergunship, seems to be going for, and based on my brief hands-on demo the result is something pretty special.
Mothergunship is one of those shooters that demands constant movement — and those are some of the best kind, when pulled off right. I spent most of my demo frantically strafing and hopping around its massive spaceship setting’s huge, metallic rooms – partially to dodge its many dangers as I blasted my way to the next procedurally generated arena, but also because it felt pretty good.

Nintendo Comments on Docks Scratching Switch Screens, Joy-Con Connectivity Problems
Gaming system launches typically have a fair share of problems (see Xbox One's disk drive malfunction and PlayStation 4's blue blinking light), and Nintendo of America's president and chief operating officer, Reggie Fils-Aimé, addressed two of the seemingly common issues for the Nintendo Switch: screen scratches from the dock and the Joy-Con desyncing issue.
Some users reported that docking the Switch eventually results in hairline scratches along the corners of the screen. Speaking to TIME, Fils-Aimé said Nintendo Switch tour members hadn't seen Nintendo Switch units get scratches from docking the system.

The 100 Renewed for Season 5
Just a few days after renewing Riverdale, the CW has good news for another one of their midseason series this year, with The 100 now renewed for Season 5.
No episode count has been determined yet, with previous years fluctuating between 13 episodes and 16 episodes. The 100: Season 4 kicked off a few weeks ago, with the sixth episode airing next week.
While its overnight numbers are low, that rarely seems to be of much importance to the CW. As THR notes, The 100 performs strongly on digital and in delayed viewing, "posting a 70 percent increase among total viewers, 73 percent uptick among adults 18-34 as well as an 86 percent jump among adults 18-49 with seven days of delayed viewing."

Quake Champions will be free to play for everyone, with a pay option to get access to all of the characters.
Speaking with Polygon, id Software creative director Tim Willits revealed the business model for Quake Champions, which he previously described as a "really hard problem." He said Ranger is selectable by anyone, while those who purchase the Champions Pack for a fixed price can pick any character in the game.
