7 Things We Love AND Hate About Breath of the Wild
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a masterpiece of open-world design and interconnected systems. And while there's a lot of love about it, that doesn't mean everyone is crazy about every little thing!
We asked several members of the IGN staff who've leaped headfirst into Hyrule what their favorite, and least favorite, moments in Breath of the Wild are after many hours spent adventuring. Here are seven things we love and hate about The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is AWESOME, but that voice acting... man. It's not-so-awesome. Many of the line readings feel rushed and cramped, and almost everyone feels like they're simply 'playing a character.' They don't sound natural, or realistic. I don't want the Zelda team to give up, though. I'm firmly in the camp that thinks it's time for Link to talk. But hopefully their next attempt improves over what we got in Breath of the Wild. -- Justin Davis, Executive Editor

Internet Privacy in U.S. Could Be Overturned
The United States Senate approved a resolution on Thursday to repeal privacy rules passed in October 2016 that required internet service providers to have users' permission to share the data they have collected.
The resolution passed by a 50-48 vote, which was entirely along party lines with two Republican senators not voting.
The rules were passed by the Federal Communications Commission in October 2016 when then-FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler said "It's the consumers' information. How it is used should be the consumers' choice." The rules passed by a 3-2 FCC vote have not actually yet gone into effect, but they would have demanded that ISPs inform consumers both just exactly what information is being amassed and the ISPs' intents to share it in some fashion. In certain circumstances, user consent would be required for that information to be shared.

“We are thrilled at the opportunity to extend our partnership with Adam and his entire team at Happy Madison and keep the world laughing," said Ted Sarandos, Netflix chief content officer.

Nintendo: Super Mario Run Sales Didn’t Meet Expectations
The sales of Nintendo's mobile game Super Mario Run failed to live up to the company's expectations.
According to Nikkei, Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima said the revenue generated by the pay-once-to-unlock platformer, which launched last year for iOS and earlier this week for Android, "did not meet our expectations."
Meanwhile, Nintendo's strategy RPG Fire Emblem Heroes has a "freemium" price model, and has proven to be a massive money-maker for the company. Despite its success, however, Nintendo has no intention of shifting entirely to a free-to-play pricing scheme for all of its future mobile games.
Zelda Fans Uncover Hidden Message in Breath of the Wild’s First Shrines
If you're already 100 hours into the vast wonderland that is Zelda: Breath of the Wild, you've no doubt seen more than a few instances of something amazing or delightful. Yet even in the earliest hours of the game, there's a Zelda-series Easter Egg hiding in plain sight.
Slight spoilers for the opening of The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild under the video.
The first four shrines you encounter in your exploration of Hyrule all pay homage to the power of the Triforce. The monks encountered at the end of the shrines are holding their hands in such a way that combined, they reference the most powerful object in the Zelda universe.
Reddit user pkbronsonb posted the discovery to the Breath of the Wild subreddit yesterday.
