The new teaser for Thor: Ragnarok dropped today, to the delight of pretty much everyone.

Helped along by the rock backing of Led Zeppelin's "The Immigrant Song," the trailer is visually incredible, evoking '80s metal kitsch with the modern Marvel movie aesthetic.

In other words, it looks amazing. To properly bathe your eyes in the Asgardian goodness, check out the slide show below:

The first poster for Thor: Ragnarok also dropped today, showing Thor with his new short haircut and gladiator garb.

Marvel Comics Responds to X-Men Gold Art Controversy

Marvel Comics has issued a statement in response to the controversial artwork included in X-Men Gold #1.

The issue includes a reference to political protests in Indonesia, as well as a set of numbers that reference a verse from the Qur'an that supports the intolerance of other religions.

Marvel released a statement to ComicBook.com to address the controversial artwork, confirming the references were included without their knowledge and will be removed from future printings. See the company's full statement below:

The mentioned artwork in X-Men Gold #1 was inserted without knowledge behind its reported meanings. These implied references do not reflect the views of the writer, editors or anyone else at Marvel and are in direct opposition of the inclusiveness of Marvel Comics and what the X-Men have stood for since their creation. This artwork will be removed from subsequent printings, digital versions, and trade paperbacks and disciplinary action is being taken.

5 Huge Games Almost Looked Completely Different

All video games go through changes in the early design stages. Designers hold onto the good bits, weave in new ideas, and try their best to bury the bad ones where no one will ever, ever find them. Generally that means minor tweaks and adjustments — you can't massively overhaul a game once you've already begun, right? Actually, you wouldn't recognize many of your favorite games if you stumbled across them early in development.

Below are five beloved games that started out as something completely different.

Unless you've been trapped in an underwater city for the last decade, you've probably played Bioshock. But the earliest version didn't even take place in Rapture, one of the most captivating settings in gaming. The location was a space station bursting at the seams with horrible mutants.

All seven films above Your Name. and Resurrection 'F' opened in more than 900 theaters, which makes direct comparisons difficult, but check out the top 10 anime film openings in the U.S. below (numbers via BoxOfficeMojo):

Everyone’s Least Favorite Version of Windows Reaches Its End

After a long and courageous battle with relevance, support for Windows Vista officially ends April 11, 2017.

The follow-up to Microsoft's beloved Windows XP operating system, Vista sadly failed to live up to its marketing hype. Perhaps most famous for introducing alerts whenever users attempted to make changes, the operating system was best known for constantly interrupting work rhythm with needless alerts.

On top of being intrusive, it also gobbled precious computing resources like CPU and RAM. Generally speaking, people hated it, preferring to stick with Windows XP. In fact, the enormous popularity of Windows XP gave it a life spanning from 2001 all the way to April 2014.

Fable Creator on ‘Big Mistake’ He Made With the Series

Peter Molyneux recently discussed his regrets regarding the Fable series, citing the large time jumps between each game as the "big mistake" he made with Microsoft's fantasy role-playing franchise. "I think we moved through time

too quickly," he said on the latest episode of our monthly interview show IGN Unfiltered. He noted how the original Fable and Fable II were 500 years apart, and, in retrospect, he thinks it should have been a 50-year time jump instead.

"It meant that the world jumped," he continued. "The same with Fable II to Fable III. Again, the world jumped into more of a kind of inspired by Victorian times. I loved the fact that Bowerstone had grown into more of an industrial thing, but we moved too far forward and that meant that we ran out of time. You know, where do we go next? Fable in space? That didn't really fit."
