Porsche Confirmed for Gran Turismo Sport
Porsche is coming to Gran Turismo Sport.
The official Twitter account for PlayStation posted that the Porsche 911 GT3 RS will show up in the PlayStation 4 exclusive. It's a notable addition to Gran Turismo Sport, occurring after the roughly 16-year EA and Porsche exclusivity deal ended in December.
In addition, Sony has expanded the closed beta signups for Gran Turismo Sport. In the United States, the initial phase started last month. But the racing game is recruiting more players currently, with the beta beginning in Europe this Saturday, April 15.
Overwatch Trialing New Assists Feature
Overwatch game director, Jeff Kaplan has explained how the game's development team is currently trialing adding assists to the game's kill feed. It's an attempt to make the efforts of players using heroes not focused on damage-dealing more apparent.
Speaking on an episode of the IGN UK Podcast (arriving in full on Friday), Kaplan - with reference to how it can sometimes be hard to tell when certain characters are contributing to an Overwatch team - explained:
"We're experimenting with adding assists to the kill feed. It's something we've wanted for a while, it's something that players have talked about on the forums for a while."
Kaplan has spoken before about the idea of adding assists, but went into much more detail about the possible feature. While the feature is still in development, the current design philosophy is to add assists for plays that don't specifically centre around damage, but still benefit the team:

Zelda: Wind Waker Trick Opens New Speedrun Possibilities
A big barrier — literally — has been broken for The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker HD speedrunners, meaning faster times are almost definitely on the way.
As explained by Console Deals, The Wind Waker trick involves using specific inputs to bust through the barrier around Hyrule Castle — and Ganon himself. In fact, this exploit has already led to 30 minutes being shaved off the record time for completing the game.
Now Polygon points out that this Wind Waker trick only works for the Wii U version of the game so far. But there reportedly is a hypothesis among the speedrunning community that the trick might be possible on the GameCube edition as well.
