Destiny 2 Drops Divisive Grimoire Cards
Destiny 2 is doing away with Grimoire Cards, the in-game collectibles that provided a deeper look into the lore of Destiny's universe.
Many players found the cards problematic, as they weren't accessible in game; they could only be accessed through Bungie's website or the Destiny companion app. As a response to this problem, Bungie is doing away with the cards all together, opting to "put the lore in the game" itself.
"We want people to be able to find the lore," Bungie World Lead Steve Cotton told Forbes. "All the story is told through the Adventures, it's told through the characters in the world, it's told through the campaign and it's told through scannables you find throughout the world."
The Angry Birds Movie 2 Announced
The Angry Birds Movie 2 is officially in the works, Rovio Entertainment announced today.
Columbia Pictures and Rovio Entertainment will release the sequel in theaters on September 20, 2019, the 10th anniversary of the release of the original Angry Birds mobile game. Plot details about the film are unknown yet.
While there's also no word on returning cast members, the original film starred the voices of Jason Sudeikis, Josh Gad, Peter Dinklage, and Maya Rudolph, among others.

The last time we saw Crackdown 3 was way back at Gamescom 2015. It was in an early state, but after getting some hands on time we were excited by the possibilities.
LawBreakers Announced for PS4
LawBreakers is heading to PlayStation 4.
Developer Boss Key Productions has announced the first-person shooter for Sony's system, with enhancements on PlayStation 4 Pro. Previously, the game from Gears of War creator Cliff Bleszinski was only coming to PC.
Publisher Nexon also unveiled that LawBreakers will cost $30. There won't be a season pass, with DLC being free.
The business model sounds similar to a game like Overwatch. Nexon mentioned there's a "Stash-Box system" offering cosmetics.

Far Cry 5 Teasers Confirm American Setting
Four new teasers have been released for Far Cry 5, confirming that the game will take place in the US - specifically the state of Montana - for the first time in the series' history.
The short trailers end with a message saying that the game will be revealed this Friday, May 26.
Each one shows an image of rural America, then puncture the peace with an unsettling image (the man being used as a face-based bellringer is pretty unpleasant):
They also seem to counter rumours that said the game would take place in a Wild West setting (which would put it in more direct competition with this year's Red Dead Redemption 2) - clothing, weapons and buildings look more modern than the Old West would suggest.
Uncharted Casts Spider-Man’s Tom Holland as Nathan Drake
The latest Spider-Man, Tom Holland will play Nathan Drake in the long-gestating Uncharted movie.
According to Deadline, the movie will be set around the sequence in Uncharted 3: Drake's Deception in which a young Nathan first meets his mentor, Sullivan, placing it as a prequel to the video game series.
The casting decision was reportedly made after Sony Pictures chief Tom Rothman was impressed by Holland in the latest cut of the upcoming Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Little Nightmares Teases New Character DLC
Little Nightmares is likely getting a new playable character in addition to Six.
Bandai Namco and Tarsier Studios teased the new boy in a recently released accolades trailer for Little Nightmares, which can be seen below. The end of the video shows Six looking at a dark-haired kid.
So far, there's no official word on who exactly the boy is, but speculation suggests it's a character that Six passed during the main game, possibly even a child from the dormitory area early in Little Nightmares.

World of Warcraft Gold Can Be Used to Buy Destiny 2
Activision has announced that Destiny 2 will be available on PC exclusively from the Blizzard Launcher, which likely means you'll be able to buy it using World of Warcraft Tokens.
Back in February, the rules were changed on WoW Tokens, which could only previously be redeemed using in-game gold for extra subscription time. Now they can be used in exchange for Blizzard Launcher (formerly the Battle.net app) credit.
According to Kotaku, the price of WoW Tokens has spiked since the reveal of Destiny 2 and the announcement that it would be available through Blizzard's store on PC. Currently, people are using any in-game gold they don't need to buy things like Hearthstone card packs and Overwatch loot boxes.
