Opinion: Batman’s Marriage Is a Good Thing

If there's one thing that's clear about Tom King's Batman series so far, it's that King isn't afraid to push the Dark Knight in new and sometimes uncomfortable directions. In the past few months alone we've learned that a young Bruce Wayne once attempted suicide before taking up his war on crime and we have seen the adult Bruce come face-to-face with his father, the Batman of the Flashpoint timeline. But Batman #24 delivered the most significant twist yet in King's run, as Batman proposed to his long-time lover and frequent nemesis, Catwoman. It seems the DCU's ultimate bachelor is ready to settle down.

Halo: Gravemind ‘Leak’ Is “Fake News”, Says 343 Exec

The drip-drop of E3 leaks tends to become a torrent around this time of year, but that also lets unscrupulous sorts invent their own. Step up Halo: Gravemind, a hitherto unannounced Halo spin-off apparently set for release this October - which doesn't actually exist.

A purported Snapchat image of advertising materials for what looks like a horror-themed Halo game (with some connection to Halo 6, going by the logo at the bottom of the cards) had began to gain traction on social media.

Will Fortnite Be the Game Minecraft Players Graduate To?

The end of the world is at hand in the free-to-play survival game Fortnite, or least it is whenever I want it to be. For now, I'm content to let it wait. I've spent the last hour hacking at rocks, trees, and the occasional file cabinet with a pickaxe, because right now I'm more interested in building a building-sized replica of a Minecraft creeper than staving off the apocalypse. It's not entirely for show; I've also reinforced the bottom walls with wall-darts, spike traps, and gizmos on ceilings that zap anything that walks beneath. You see, all I need to do is press a button to make a horde of zombies rush my creeper, and for around five minutes they'll try to smash down its walls and destroy the storm shield keeping our little compound safe from within.

Rebels Exec Producer Shoots Down Ahsoka Fan Theory

Star Wars Rebels executive producer Dave Filoni has debunked a major Ahsoka Tano fan theory.

Warning: SPOILERS for Star Wars Rebels follow...

At the end of Star Wars Rebels: Season 2, Ahsoka's true fate was unclear. Though it didn't seem like the character was killed off, fans have theorized Ahsoka entered a different state of Force consciousness. Season 4's first trailer sparked speculation that Ahsoka was reincarnated as a Loth-Wolf, a predator on Ezra Bridger's home planet of Lothal.

In the trailer, Ezra's teacher, Kanan Jarrus, is seen petting a Loth-Wolf in, what seems like, a Force temple. Some fans believe Kanan was actually interacting with Ahsoka. However, Filoni took to Twitter to shoot down this theory, confirming Ahsoka is definitely not the wolf.

The DC Movie Marvel Watches Before Making Their Films

Marvel Studios' Kevin Feige and DC Films' Geoff Johns are supposed to be rivals, but the respective comic book movie producers each started their careers as interns at the production company of filmmaker Richard Donner. Feige and Johns appeared together Wednesday night to salute Donner at an Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ tribute to the Lethal Weapon and Goonies director.

Feige and Johns united onstage to share their memories of Donner, with Feige singling out Donner's 1978 film Superman: The Movie for its excellence and significance to not only his career, but to Marvel Studios as well.
