Matrix 4 and Flash Release Dates Announced by Warner Bros.
Warner Bros. has announced the release dates for Matrix 4 and the Flash movie, after a multitude of delays and setbacks for both. Currently slated a few years away, The Matrix 4 (working title) will release on May 21, 2021, while The Flash movie is set to premiere on July 1, 2022.
First reported by The Hollywood Reporter, the untilted Matrix sequel will now release on the same date as John Wick: Chapter 4, both of which star Keanu Reeves. Aquaman's Yahya Abdul-Mateen II is set to star in Matrix 4 alongside Reeves, and a handful of other talented cast members — including Neil Patrick Harris in an undisclosed role.
Battle Royale Comes to Forza Horizon 4 in ‘The Eliminator’
Playground Games has brought battle royale inspired racing to Forza Horizon 4 with ‘The Eliminator’, a new mode available for free on December 12 as part of the Series 17 update. The mode will be available to all players on Xbox One, Windows 10 PC, and Xbox Game Pass.
The Eliminator pits up to 72 players against one another on Forza Horizon 4’s main map. All participants begin The Eliminator in a classic 1965 Mini Cooper – a level 1 car within The Eliminator’s ranking system – but can upgrade to faster cars via random air drops around the map (marked by coloured smoke) or by beating opponents in head-to-head races.
Head-to-head races are initiated by a horn blast when close enough to a rival. When a challenge is triggered a finish line will be randomly dropped some distance away; first there gets to remain in the contest and the loser is knocked out. Head-to-head winners can either upgrade to a random new higher-level car, or steal the loser’s car (doing the latter only seemed useful when claiming the scalp of an opponent in a vehicle two-or-more levels above).

Resident Evil 2 Gets an RE3 Tease in New Update With a Letter From Jill Valentine
Resident Evil 2 remake will be getting an update that further ties the game to the recently announced Resident Evil 3 remake. And it’ll be in the form of a letter from none other than Jill Valentine.
A week ago, internet sleuths discovered a mysterious new Steam Achievement for Resident Evil 2 remake. Now, after Capcom officially announced Resident Evil 3 remake, that achievement has been revealed and it’s tied directly to the newly announced Capcom remake.
Titled “Chasing Jill,” the Steam Achievement says that players will need to “Read a letter left behind by Jill” to earn the achievement. Resident Evil 2 hasn’t been updated yet, so this letter isn’t in the game at the moment.
The 9 Best Quick-Play Board Games
Long games are the only way to get that sense of epic scale as you play. If you're conquering a fantasy kingdom or developing a spaceborne civilization, a game that takes a few hours makes sense. But they can be tough to schedule. Most nights a shorter game, or maybe two, makes sense.
But what if you could go even more quick playing than that? What if it wasn't just game nights but a game lunch in the office, or a game to fill that awkward silence at a dinner party, or one to amuse you at a bus stop? Luckily, there are games that fit all those criteria, fast games that take 30 minutes, 20 minutes, or even less. Take your pick and get playing whenever, wherever.

The Witcher’s Henry Cavill Tells Us Everything We Need to Know About Geralt
We're rolling out sneak peeks for Netflix's The Witcher all month long as part of our IGN First exclusive set visit. Keep it locked right here for never-before-seen interviews and behind the scenes footage of the White Wolf, Ciri, and Yennefer. And be sure to check out The Witcher when it premieres on Netflix on Friday, December 20, 2019.
When we first encountered Henry Cavill's Geralt of Rivia on the set of Netflix's The Witcher series in Budapest, there were no massive green screens or charging hordes of enemy combatants. Instead, Cavill stood stoically near a riverbed, accompanied by his horse, Roach, and the bard Jaskier (Joey Batey) -- also known as Dandelion in the games and English translations of the novels. Before embarking on our journey to the Continent, we had already devoured Andrzej Sapkowski's books and played hundreds of hours of The Witcher video game franchise, and it was truly surreal to see Cavill's Geralt out in the wild.
Home Alone Reboot Casts Rob Delaney and Ellie Kemper
Rob Delaney and Ellie Kemper have joined the Home Alone reboot project in unconfirmed roles.
According to a new report from Variety, Delaney and Kemper have been cast alongside breakout Jojo Rabbit star Archie Yates, who, sources claim, "will not be playing the iconic Kevin McCallister, but a new character in a similar premise to the original franchise."
The report states Kemper and Delaney will play two new characters – not expected to be the mother and father of Yates' character – in the reimagined version of the '90s Christmas classic.
