Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker to Answer ‘As Many Questions As Possible’
When Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker is released in theaters later this year, it will bring to a close the Skywalker Saga that began all the way back in 1977 with Star Wars: A New Hope and, according to director J.J. Abrams, this new film will look to answer 'as many questions as possible."
Speaking to EW, Abrams discussed his feelings on the monumental task of wrapping up a saga that began over 40 years ago. Abrams is not taking that honor lightly, and he even admitted that "endings are the thing that scare me the most."

China Cancels Once Upon a Time in Hollywood Release Reportedly Over Bruce Lee Controversy
Chinese fans of Quentin Tarantino may not be able to catch the director's latest film in theaters.
According to THR, regulators have canceled the release of Once Upon a Time ... in Hollywood. The film was originally set to debut in China on Oct. 25, but those plans have fallen apart.
Though the Chinese regulators have not given an official reason for the cancellation, THR is reporting that it may have to do with the film's depiction of Bruce Lee, which has been met with controversy. The film may have to undergo re-editing to see a proper release.
FF14’s NieR-Inspired Raid’s Release Date Revealed Alongside New Trailer
Square Enix released a new trailer for the the 24-player NieR inspired YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse alliance raid for Final Fantasy XIV and revealed that it will be available on October 29, 2019.
The YoRHa: Dark Apocalypse alliance raid will be added as part of Final Fantasy XIV's Patch 5.1 titled Vows of Virtue, Deeds of Cruelty, which is the first major patch update following the release of the Shadowbringers expansion.

Call of Duty League 2020: First Details Announced
Call of Duty League has revealed the first details of its 2020 competition, with 12 teams competing in "home-vs-away 5-versus-5 professional match play".
Teams from Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Florida, London, Minnesota, New York, Paris, Seattle, Toronto and two Los Angeles outfits will each host two 'Home Series' events, one each in spring and summer. Each Home Series will feature multiple pro teams taking on best-of-five matches in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on PS4.
Teams with the best win-loss records will head to postseason championship, featuring double elimination playoffs, with a season champion crowned at the Call of Duty League Championship Weekend event.

Pokemon Center London: Here’s the Exclusive Merch
London's limited-time Pokemon Center has opened today, and will keep its doors open until November 18. We got to have an early look around the pop-up and, more importantly, check out all the exclusive British-themed PokeMerch on sale there.
For those of you wondering, yes, you can buy a plushie of that Pikachu in a bowler hat. Check out the merch below:
The store itself is set over two levels. The ground floor is dedicated to merchandise, with a full section set aside for the London exclusives, as well as a Switch area, a Detective Pikachu section and most of the regular themed merch we've seen in Pokemon Centers around the world.
Doctor Strange 2: Jade Bartlett Tapped to Write MCU Sequel
Marvel Studios has reportedly tapped up Jade Bartlett to work on the screenplay for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.
According to Collider, the studio has hired the up-and-coming screenwriter to contribute to the long-awaited sequel to 2016's Doctor Strange, though it is unknown whether she is working on the project in sole or co-writing capacity, or if she is re-writing the script.
At this time, there has been no official announcement from Marvel Studios in regards to this update.
