Stranger Things Star Addresses Lingering Question About Will
MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD for Stranger Things Season 3
Stranger Things’ Noah Schnapp, who plays Will Byers, has addressed fan conversation around a scene that could suggest his character is gay.
The scene in question takes place in episode 3, and sees Will become upset that Mike and Lucas would rather discuss their relationships with Eleven and Max rather than play Dungeons & Dragons. In response, Mike says “It’s not my fault you don’t like girls,” resulting in a devastated Will riding off on his bike.
But what was meant by that comment? “It’s really up to interpretation,” Schnapp said in an interview with TheWrap. “While all the characters were out developing and growing up, Will was in the Upside Down and he was alone there, not interacting with or connected to his friends or the rest of the world. And when he got back, he expected everything to just go back to how it was before, how it was when he was normal and when he was a kid and he wanted to go back to the basement and play D&D.”

A Key Change Was Made to the Lightsabers on the Star Wars Set
A significant change has been made to improve lightsabers in Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.
Talking to Wired (via Comic Book), Rey actor Daisy Ridley talked about a key difference in the new lightsabers, explaining that they are notably lighter than ones used in previous films, allowing for more acrobatic fights.
"The interesting thing about this film is that we concentrate more on the fact that
are light," Ridley said. "Because the
lightsabers were so heavy, as Eunice said, who is our new stunt coordinator, that it was more like broadsword fighting, which isn't technically what it's supposed to be because lightsabers are supposed to be light, by nature. So they actually made the lightsabers lighter for us. We, in this film, have, perhaps one of the most epic fights in Star Wars."
Power Rangers Movie Is Reportedly Being Rebooted With New Cast
It turns out a new Power Rangers movie might be in the works, but it won't feature any of the cast from the 2017 film.
In a Reddit AMA (via Power Rangers Now) with the former Red Ranger Dacre Montgomery, the now Stranger Things star said that there is a new movie in the works but none of the cast from 2017 have been brought back.
Netflix’s Point Blank Review
Point Blank is a Netflix Original movie, premiering Friday, July 12.
Netflix's latest in their line of "modestly okay" movies to doze off to is Point Blank, starring Winter Solider and Civil War combatants Anthony Mackie (who can also be seen in the new season of Black Mirror) and Frank Grillo (the Purge franchise). And before you think this might be a remodel of 1967's Point Blank -- which was based on Donald E. Westlake's The Hunter, which also spawned the Mel Gibson remake, Payback -- it's actually an American revamping of 2010's À Bout Portant, from France, about a nurse and his pregnant wife who get caught in a war between a career criminal and a cult of corrupt cops.
