Check out our slideshow gallery for a closer look at what was on display this morning:
The Marvel Legends line was a major focus at the presentation, with Hasbro reps showing off a number of MCU and classic Marvel Comics-inspired figures. Among the showpieces was a new Avengers: Endgame wave that includes an original Avengers-era Captain America, Valkyrie, War Machine and a truly amazing rendition of Chris Hemsworth's overweight, bathrobe-wearing Thor. That wave should hit stores in early fall.

Agents of SHIELD Season 7 Will Be the Final Season
Update: We learned at Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. panel that production is already well underway on Season 7. In fact, the cast and crew are currently filming the final episode, prompting emotional reactions from several panelists.
Showrunner Jed Whedon said, “We’re shooting the last episode right now. We’re going through what the characters are going through right now, which is this is our last mission together”
The panel featured a handful of noteworthy reveals. Whedon teased that the series may get a comic book spinoff, which would flesh out the missing period Agent Simmons and Quake spent in space. Whedon also said there's "always a chance" of the show's characters appearing in an MCU movie after the show wraps.

Plants Vs Zombies 3 in Development, Pre-Alpha Available Now
EA and PopCap Games have announced that Plants Vs Zombies 3 is in development, and that sign-ups for pre-alpha testing are now open.
Plants Vs Zombies is one of PopCap's original success stories, which went on to spin out into a series of quite successful third person shooters. You’d be forgiven for thinking that we’d probably never see the franchise return to its tower defence style roots, but thanks to an announcement from EA we now know that Plants Vs Zombies 3 is not only in development, but that US Android users can sign up for a pre-alpha now.

Quentin Tarantino Shares His Vision of an R-rated Star Trek Movie
Quentin Tarantino has shared his vision for the much-discussed Star Trek project, which - if it is ever approved for production - is expected to mark his final film as a director.
During a recent interview with Deadline, Tarantino spoke about his interest in exploring strange new worlds with Star Trek producer JJ Abrams, who reportedly supported his idea of boldly going with an R-rated entry.
"Deadpool showed that you can rethink these things, do them in a different way," Tarantino explained. "So really, even before JJ knew what the idea was, his feeling was, if it wants to be an R rating, fine."

Ubisoft: The Cost of Porting to Google Stadia is ‘Not That High’
Ubisoft has claimed porting its games to Stadia won't break its bank for now during an earnings call, that also posted dwindling sales despite The Division 2 being reportedly one of the best-selling games of 2019 so far.
Head honcho and Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot told investors that the extra R&D cash required to successfully port an existing game to Google's cloud gaming service is "not that high." However, he admitted that those costs might go up in the future.
“The extra cost to port, to make sure the games work well on Stadia is not that high. It’s part now of our pipelines and we have a good relationship with Stadia to make sure it is profitable for us,” he said. “Now we are not speaking about 2.0 types of games that will need more work and this we will see more in the future action.”
Remnant: From the Ashes Is A Brutal And Unforgiving Co-Op Adventure
Ever since the Gunfire Games’ Darksiders franchise was established, fans have been clamoring for an online co-op adventure featuring all four horsemen in the same game, and three entries later we’re all still waiting. Fortunately, Remnant: From the Ashes, a new action-adventure romp from the same developers, has a lot of what fans were looking for in its online co-op setting, including a unique take on the post-apocalypse.
From what developers have told me thus far, Remnant is not connected to Darksiders in any way but you could have fooled me. The setting here is several decades after the fall of traditional civilization and you take on the role of a survivor that knows no life other than one of suffering and scraping by to stay alive. Much like its contemporaries such as The Division 2, Destiny 2, and even Diablo 3, Remnant has a heavy focus on action-packed replayable content that’s primarily built around co-op play while dishing out steady streams of new loot and gear.
