Every Spider-Man Movie’s Rotten Tomatoes Score
The MCU just wrapped up the sprawling Infinity Saga, but there's no rest for Spider-Man. Peter Parker is back in action in Spider-Man: Far From Home, the first movie to explore the post-Endgame MCU. And judging from Rotten Tomatoes, which generates aggregate review scores based on individual critics' reviews, it's already clear this latest sequel is a hit with critics.
Spider-Man: Far From Home's Tomatometer rating has been revealed. The movie is "certified fresh," currently sitting at 91% after 125 reviews.
Spider-Man: Far From Home, Close to Gold
You can check out our review of Far From Home here, where we said, "Spider-Man: Far From Home is a grandly entertaining culmination of the MCU wall-crawler’s journey so far. Thanks to its sweet humor, clever commentary, and deft action set-pieces, Far From Home continues the journey of Peter Parker from kid hero to Tony Stark’s successor. The movie sets the table for some exciting new adventures ahead for Spider-Man and his place in the MCU, pitting him against an antagonist who preys on Peter Parker’s fears and insecurities in ways no other villain quite has yet. Far From Home ends Marvel's Phase Three with a hell of a bang, thrusting its young wallcrawler into a treacherous but hugely exciting new era."
8 Wii U Games We Want to See on Nintendo Switch
With the release of Super Mario Maker 2 on Nintendo Switch this week, more of the Wii U’s library finds some sort of representation on the Switch, which is great considering how little time people had to really experience some of its best titles. Whether via sequels or ports, Nintendo has slowly been bringing the best of the Wii U games to its current console.
But even with Splatoon and Mario Maker sequels, Captain Toad and New Super Mario Bros. U ports and more, there are still treasured gems of the Wii U trapped on Nintendo’s last-gen system. Here are seven Wii U ports Nintendo should make (or franchises to at least consider sequels for), instead of just leaving all this unspent money in my wallet.
Spider-Man: Far From Home Won’t Feature These Two Villains
SPOILERS AHEAD for Spider-Man: Far From Home.
Spider-Man: Far From Home will not see the return of Vulture or Scorpion, two villains that made an appearance in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
As reported by SuperHeroHype, Spider-Man: Far From Home director Jon Watts spoke to Digital Spy and explained how the team never really found the right moment for these two villains and didn't want their inclusion to feel forced.

The Avengers: Endgame Re-Release Disappoints
Avengers: Endgame has been ruling multiplexes since its release in May where it made an astonishing $2.75 billion during its cinematic release. Though its grip on cinema goers has loosened, Disney is hoping that the addition of some never before seen footage will get the film the $40 million dollars that it needs to push the MCU movie past Avatar's $2.79 billion to make it the most successful movie of all time.
But the big question is whether or not the new additions make the cost of entry worthwhile, so we headed out to check out the earliest possible screening of the extended cut of Avengers: Endgame, so we could report our findings. Here's everything you need to know about the extra Avengers: Endgame footage that hits screens today.
Who Is the Best Spider-Man? Half of IGN Readers Vote Tom Holland
Based on a user poll run on IGN's front page, Tom Holland is our readers' favorite Spider-Man actor.
Based on over 40,000 votes from our readers, Tom Holland's current stint as the wall crawler has proven to be nearly half of our readers' favorite portrayal of the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man. It's fitting, too, considering his next Spider-Man film comes out just next week.
In our Spider-Man: Far From Home review, we called the film "Great" saying "The movie sets the table for some exciting new adventures ahead for Spider-Man and his place in the MCU, pitting him against an antagonist who preys on Peter Parker’s fears and insecurities in ways no other villain quite has yet."
The Little Mermaid: Melissa McCarthy in Talks to Play Ursula
Melissa McCarthy, star of Bridesmaids, Mike & Molly and many more, is in early talks to play Ursula in Disney's live-action adaptation of The Little Mermaid.
As reported by Variety, a deal has not quite been reached, but the talks are ongoing and line up with Disney's focus on "looking to make contemporary and compelling casting choices, while still paying homage to the beloved animated original."
Mary Poppins Returns director Rob Marshall will be directing the film which will feature the original songs from the 1989 classic, but also will include new songs from Alan Menken and Lin-Manuel Miranda.
New Spidey Movie Cut This Obscure Star Wars Reference Tom Holland Didn’t Get
We're just a few days away from the upcoming summer blockbuster Spider-Man: Far From Home, a movie that is already impressing critics. And with a two hour and nine-minute runtime, the film is already packed with web-slinging action and heartfelt character moments. But it seems it was almost just a little bit longer, as the details of a deleted scene have recently surfaced. And it's sort of a weird one.
In a recent interview with Uproxx, Spider-Man actor Tom Holland revealed a deleted scene from the film that involved Peter Parker selling off a bunch of old toys in order to get a gift for his girlfriend. One of those toys, as it turns out, was based on an Empire Strikes Back character that most Star Wars fans probably don't think about very often.

Days Gone Challenge Mode Released Today
Days Gone's latest free content update adds a standalone Challenge Mode, which will see 12 weeks of challenges added to the Sony Bend PS4 exclusive. Players can take part in the first challenge, "Surrounded," starting today.
As detailed in the latest Days Gone patch notes on Reddit, the first free DLC challenge "Surrounded" pits players against a never-ending horde of Freakers. Players will have to use weapons, the environment, and whatever traps are at their disposal to take down Freakers, and doing so will increase your timer to keep battling the horde.
Every Friday for the next 12 weeks (this week included), a new challenge will unlock in the new mode (exact times are to be determined), but players can compete in the challenges whenever they are available to earn Bronze, Silver, and Gold rankings. Doing so will earn players credits, allowing them to buy new characters, custom accents, and rings. And, once players complete a challenge, they'll earn a Patch specific to that challenge, which Deacon will wear in both this mode as well as in the story mode.
