So how long are the episodes in Game of Thrones Season 8? The Season 8 premiere was the shortest episode of the season at 54 minutes, while episode 2 length was just under a full hour - but episode 3 of Season 8 will be the longest Game of Thrones episode ever at an hour and 22 minutes. The so-called "Battle of Winterfell" is reportedly the longest battle scene in pop culture history, and many of our favorite Game of Thrones characters are expected to die - here are our predictions for the Battle of Winterfell.
