The intersect of Stranger Things fans and Dungeons and Dragons players has physically manifested itself in an all-new, upcoming Dungeons and Dragons starter set from Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast.
The Stranger Things D&D starter set comes out May 1, and includes a scenario based on "The Hunt for the Thessalhydra" campaign played by the characters in the first season of the show. It's in this campaign we're first introduced to the Demogorgon, the creature the kids would later encounter outside the realm of their imaginations.

Here's some good news for anyone who held off on buying a pair of last year's biggest games: Red Dead Redemption 2 is on sale for $39.99 on PS4 and Xbox One - its lowest price ever - and PS4's Spider-Man is back on sale for $39.99. Those are remarkable deals on some of the most beloved games of the generation.
Breaking Bad Movie Will Premiere on Netflix
The Breaking Bad movie sequel will reportedly air on AMC and Netflix, premiering first on Netflix.
Per The Hollywood Reporter, the feature-length film will star Aaron Paul, who portrayed Jesse Pinkman in all five seasons of Breaking Bad. The film, codenamed Greenbrier, will reportedly be written and directed by series creator Vince Gilligan, who will executive produce alongside Mark Johnson and Melissa Bernstein.
THQ Nordic Buys Kingdom Come: Deliverance Studio
THQ Nordic has bought yet another studio, this time it's Kingdom Come: Deliverance’s Warhorse Studios.
Announced by THQ Nordic and THQ Nordic AB subsidiary Koch Media, THQ Nordic has acquired the Prague-based Warhorse Studios on the one-year anniversary of Kingdom Come: Deliverance’s release. Along with the acquisition, it was revealed that Kingdom Come: Deliverance sold over 2 million copies across PC, PS4 and Xbox One.
The acquisition includes the development studio and all intellectual property rights of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, which is Warhorse’s sole release since it was established in 2011. Koch Media and Warhorse already have an established relationship, as Koch Media’s game publishing division Deep Silver helped publish Kingdom Come: Deliverance.
Frozen 2 Teaser Poster, First Look Photos Revealed
Disney has released a couple of official first look photos of Frozen 2, along with high quality images of its teaser poster and logo.
In the gallery below, you can view two images seen in the teaser trailer released this morning. They feature the characters Elsa (Idina Menzel), Anna (Kristen Bell), Kristoff (Jonathan Groff), Olaf (Josh Gad) and Sven the reindeer.
Frozen 2 is being directed by Jennifer Lee and Chris Buck, produced by Peter Del Vecho, and includes the music of Kristen Anderson-Lopez and Robert Lopez - all of whom worked on 2013’s Frozen.
For more on Frozen 2, check out how Evan Rachel Wood and Sterling K. Brown have been cast in the film, and see Gad back at work in the studio for this sequel. Frozen 2 is opening in U.S. and U.K. theaters on November 22, 2019 and Australian theaters on December 26, 2019.
Devs, Publishers Upset Over Lack of PS4 Cross-Play Support
Developers and publishers are speaking out against Sony's lack of cross-platform support, despite what Sony has publicly stated about the process.
Earlier this month, War Thunder and the new CEO of Hi-Rez, Stewart Chisam, asked Sony publicly to include cross-play support in their games through posts on Twitter.
Shortly after, in an interview with Game Informer, Sony Interactive Entertainment Worldwide Studios chairman and former SIE president and CEO, Shawn Layden, said that Sony was open to cross-play but that publishers and developers just needed to take the necessary steps to get there.

DC Comics Declares 2019 ‘The Year of the Villain’
DC Comics has ambitious plans for its most iconic villains this year. The publisher will release an ambitious comic called Year of the Villain #1 on Free Comic Book Day (May 1).
Like last year's DC Nation #0, this issue will be priced at 25 cents and feature three new short stories that set the stage for some major developments across the DC Universe this summer. As the title suggests, all three stories will center around some major DC villains.
The book will also feature some of DC's biggest creators, including writers Scott Snyder, James Tynion IV and Brian Michael Bendis and artists Alex Maleev, Jim Cheung and Francis Manapul. Greg Capullo will draw the main cover to The Year of the Villain #1, with variants provided by Maleev, Cheung and Stanley "Artgerm" Lau.
Burnout Successor Dangerous Driving Dated for April
Dangerous Driving, the upcoming arcade racer from Burnout co-creators Fiona Sperry and Alex Ward, will be released on April 9, developer Three Fields Entertainment announced today.
It will be available digitally on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC (via the Epic Games Store) for $30 USD/£25. A physical version, which bundles in Three Fields' Danger Zone 2, will be available for $40 USD/£30.
Alongside the release date, Three Fields revealed Dangerous Driving will include seven locations with 30 total courses. It'll also feature unlockable cars and abilities, which can be obtained by racing online against other players or offline against "remorseless" AI.
Dangerous Driving will offer eight different event types, with many taking inspiration from beloved Burnout modes.
