The Spider-Man Universe spin off movie has been in the works since last year, and is based on Marvel's antihero and villain, Morbius the Living Vampire.

Benicio del Toro to Play the Villain in the Dora the Explorer Movie

Benicio del Toro has signed on to play the voice of Swiper, the villainous fox in the live action movie of Dora the Explorer, according to THR.

The adaptation – based on the animated Nickelodeon TV show of the same name – finished production two weeks ago in Australia, but casting voice actors after production has wrapped is not uncommon.

del Toro will be reunited with his Sicario: Day of the Soldado co-star, Isabel Moner, who has the lead as Dora.

DC Responds to #SavePoisonIvy Controversy With New Art

A leaked, unfinalized cover for DC Comics’ Heroes in Crisis #7 by artist Clay Mann sparked controversy on social media Friday as upset fans used the hashtag #SavePoisonIvy to voice their criticisms of the art.

The image in question shows Batman villain Poison Ivy dead and bloody on the floor, a victim of the mystery murderer responsible for the mass superhero killing that incited the Heroes in Crisis story. While some fans are voicing their outrage that Poison Ivy is dead and are using the hashtag to ask creative team Mann and writer Tom King to spare her life, others are more upset with the sexual depiction of Poison Ivy’s dead body.

IGN spoke to a DC employee with knowledge of the situation, who said the art in question was an unfinished cover that was never given final editorial approval and was not intended to be made public. How the art leaked is currently being investigated by DC. A new version of that same art drawn by Mann was recolored to change the tone of the image to be more reflective of the contents of the comic and will be used to solicit Heroes in Crisis #7 to retailers in next week’s retailer catalog, although it’s marked as “Not Final Art,” meaning the final cover for that issue may wind up being completely different. You can view both versions of the art below.

Every IGN Mortal Kombat Review

Mortal Kombat has been gruesomely dismembering fighters since 1992 – four years before IGN was around. With the impending launch of Mortal Kombat 11 (which, shockingly, is not actually the 11th Mortal Kombat game) we're looking back over all 30 reviews IGN has published. Interestingly, the series contains such a wide range of games that it's one of the few that's earned almost every score in the book, except the very highest and lowest available.

Which MK games stand out to you as the best and worst?

Dan Stapleton is IGN's Reviews Editor. You can follow him on Twitter to hear gaming rants and lots of random old-school Simpsons references.

The Best Controller for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate

In Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, matches are won by milliseconds. A quick grab here, a well-timed jump, a perfect shield… these things add up and can massively influence the result of a battle. A good controller isn’t going to make you automatically better, but it will definitely give you an advantage.

While a majority of people will play Smash with Joy-Cons (or anything within reach), there are a lot of controllers specifically crafted for this game. I've set aside a truly unreasonable amount of time for testing a wide range of controllers including everything from the Switch Pro controller to a fight stick made specifically for Smash. After a week of intensive competing, controller swapping, and plenty of Training mode I've made this definitive list of the best Super Smash Bros. Ultimate controllers.

Marvel Comics Finally Addresses Winter Soldier’s Brainwashing Trauma

Despite not having his own solo ongoing title in a few years, Bucky Barnes has been cropping up over the Marvel Universe pretty persistently, and usually in the places you'd least expect him. After returning from space during his brief stint as the Man On The Wall, a sort of one-man cosmic police force, he spent some time leading the Thunderbolts and playing babysitter for Kobik, a sentient cosmic cube personified as a six-year-old girl. After that, he teamed up with Clint Barton to solve the mystery of Natasha Romanoff's murder (she got better, don't worry). It's all felt a little bit like musical chairs -- Bucky's stories have kept him from collecting dust, but not doing much else to move his character forward, placing him as a prominent feature player in other people's conflicts, but never letting him have too many of his own -- at least, until now.
