Rockstar Working on Fix for Red Dead Redemption 2 Camp Glitch

Rockstar is currently working to fix a known glitch in Red Dead Redemption 2 that's causing certain companions to disappear from camp during the main story's early chapters. While players who've been affected by the glitch will have to wait for the official fix, the developer has revealed a temporary workaround for players who've yet to progress past Chapter 2.

Mild spoilers for Red Dead Redemption 2 follow.

The glitch, which has been the topic of several popular Reddit threads, sees Sadie Adler, Jack Marston, John Marston, and Abigail Roberts disappear from camp for seemingly no reason. However, according to Rockstar Support, the glitch is caused by using the Retry Checkpoint feature during Chapter 2's Polite Society, Valentine Style mission.

J.J. Abrams’ Overlord Gets Bloody Great New Gallery 1988 Poster

With the upcoming J.J. Abrams-produced zombie horror movie due in theaters this week, IGN is exclusively debuting a brand new Gallery 1988 poster for the movie featuring its main villain. Given the blood splash across the imagery and the fact that half of this featured character's face has been zombified, you can probably guess that he is up to no good. The Big Bad in question is Pilou Asbæk's Dr. Wafner, a Nazi doctor with a plan to develop secret serums intended to, as IGN's review explains, "create thousand-year soldiers needed for the thousand-year Reich." As for the purpose that these zombie-obsessed Nazis have driving them... well, you'll have to watch the movie to find out.

Here’s Why Carl Wasn’t in Rick’s Final Walking Dead Episode

This interview contains spoilers for The Walking Dead Season 9, episode 5, "What Comes After."

Although Rick didn't die in Andrew Lincoln's final episode of The Walking Dead, our hero was visited by several "ghosts" from his past while attempting to outrun a herd of walkers and make it back to his family: Jon Bernthal's Shane, Scott Wilson's Hershel, and Sonequa Martin-Green's Sasha - each of whom gave our bleeding hero some much needed advice and motivation when it seemed he might be ready to give up and become zombie chow.

Many fans were disappointed that Chandler Riggs' Carl and Sarah Wayne Callies' Lori didn't make an appearance for Rick's swansong, given their close connection with the character, but Walking Dead showrunner Angela Kang tells IGN that their close familial bond is exactly why the writers chose to keep Carl and Lori out of sight.

Is Amazon’s Homecoming the New Mr. Robot? They’ve Got One Big Similarity.

Amazon Prime Video's newest series, Homecoming, is a unique kind of thriller. Adapted from a cult podcast hit that already boasted a star-studded cast (including Oscar Isaac, Catherine Keener and David Schwimmer) - the show plays with the typical TV formula by keeping the majority of the twist-filled episodes to a lean half-hour run time, while still aiming for a cinematic feel thanks to elaborate one-shots and Hitchcockian framing.

Executive produced and directed by Mr. Robot creator Sam Esmail, the show stars Julia Roberts in her first TV role, alongside Bobby Cannavale, Stephan James, Sissy Spacek and Shea Whigham. Roberts stars as Heidi Bergman, a caseworker at the Homecoming Transitional Support Center, a Geist Group facility helping soldiers transition back to civilian life. Walter Cruz (James) is one of these soldiers, eager to begin the next phase of his life. Overseeing Heidi and the facility is Colin Belfast (Cannavale), an ambitious company man whose manic demands point to questionable motives.

Blizzard's statement also confirmed what the company has said before in that multiple unannounced Diablo projects are being worked on.

Blizzard's full response to IGN reads:

First off we want to mention that we definitely hear our community. We generally don’t comment on rumors or speculation, but we can say that we didn’t pull any announcements from BlizzCon this year or have plans for other announcements. We do continue to have different teams working on multiple unannounced Diablo projects, and we look forward to announcing when the time is right.
