Amazon’s Cyber Monday Sale Is a Week Long Event

If you buy something through this post, IGN may get a share of the sale. For more, read our Terms of Use.

Black Friday 2018 is behind us, and while Amazon's best Black Friday deals started early, many of them have rolled over into Cyber Monday sales. We're gathering up all of the best Cyber Monday deals at Amazon and listing them here for your convenience. Instead of a one-day sale, it looks like Amazon is just extending its Black Friday sales week into an entire Cyber Monday deals week.

No idea if the Spider-Man PS4 Slim 1TB Black Friday bundle or the Mario Kart Switch Bundle will return for Cyber Monday at Amazon.

10 Best NES Games of All Time

The NES library is ridiculously good. A lot of crap was shoveled onto the platform throughout the course of its lifetime, but a shockingly high proportion of games manufactured for the NES are good, and more than a handful are bona fide classics.

Getting the list down to ten was NOT easy. I left off dozens of legitimate contenders, zeroing in on games that in many cases beat their closest rivals not by miles but by mere inches.

But in the end, I narrowed it down to these ten. Now remember, these are NES games... no Famicom-exclusives allowed. Every game here was available for the stock Nintendo Entertainment System, (though one of the ten, a European exclusive, never made it it to America). These are the games that encapsulate what was great about the Nintendo Entertainment System. Let’s Play with Power.

Wreck-It Ralph 2’s Sarah Silverman on Her Big Disney Princess Moment

SPOILERS ahead for Ralph Breaks the Internet!

Thanks to the trailers, it’s been known that Ralph Breaks the Internet, the sequel to Wreck-It Ralph, would include appearances by many of the Disney Princesses in a loving but hilarious ribbing of the animated icons and their problematic pasts.

But what wasn’t known until the movie was finally shown was that Vanellope von Schweetz -- who interacts with the likes of Moana, Snow White, Cinderella, Mulan and Rapunzel in these scenes -- gets her very own Disney Princess song later in the film, the parodic “Slaughter Race,” which was composed by none other than Oscar-winning Disney composer Alan Menken.

Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure Should Be the Next Anime on Your Watchlist

The Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure anime is a lot of things: explosive shonen battles, small-town murder mystery, and Elizabethan melodrama, to name a few -- and now it’s added “gangster drama” to that list. The anime adaptation of the delectably outrageous series is back for its much-anticipated Golden Wind arc, and I’m sure you’ve already seen plenty of wacky gifs and screenshots. But you’ll be forgiven if you only know Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure by its memes. After all, there are so many that “is that a Jojo reference?” has itself become a meme. It’s no wonder -- the complete absurdity of the characters and scenarios means that you’ll never know what’s going to happen next. With the story shift to focus on the gangster son of an iconic series villain, there’s no doubt that Golden Wind will continue to put the “bizarre” in Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure. If you’re looking for one of the most unique anime out there, consider making Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure your next binge.

14 Best Modern Metroidvanias

‘Metroidvania’ has become a buzzword in recent years, most often appearing as a bullet point in indie game descriptions. As the name suggests, it describes a game whose design borrows ideas from the likes of Castlevania and Metroid; its challenging, exploration-based, and progression throughout is based on acquiring items or upgrades to access new areas.

Because many of the best examples of Metroidvanias pair it with elements of other games – most often roguelikes and RPGs – it’s sometimes difficult to define exactly what a Metroidvania is. For this list, we’re sticking to the basics while casting a somewhat wide net.

Listed below are some of the very best modern Metroidvania games currently available.

Aquaman: Mary Poppins Star Julie Andrews’ Role Revealed

Julie Andrews, known for her roles in Mary Poppins, The Sound of Music, Torn Curtain and more, will have a key voiceover role in the upcoming Aquaman film.

Spoiler warning: potential spoilers for Aquaman ahead.

IGN can confirm Variety's report that Andrews will indeed appear in Aquaman as the voice of Karathen, a mythical sea creature that helps Aquaman negotiate peace between Atlantis and the world above. Though far from her first voiceover role, it appears Andrews will have her recognizable voice digitally altered to some degree.

Speaking with Entertainment Weekly, Aquaman producer Peter Safran said “We wanted the Karathen to have the voice of a classic British actress, albeit somewhat digitally altered. And when we found out Julie was interested and available and excited to do it, casting her was a no-brainer.”

Opinion: What We Want in Red Dead Online

We’ve spent a lot of time exploring the open world of Red Dead Redemption 2 - but the real question on our minds now is what will that be like… with friends? We know Red Dead Online is launching this week, but we don’t know all that much about what the experience will actually entail. Based on our time with Grand Theft Auto Online and RDR2’s single player (plus our own exclusive Q&A with the Online dev team), we’ve got some ideas -- and a few pie-in-the-sky dreams, of course -- about what we’d like to see in Red Dead 2’s multiplayer experience.

Just Cause 4’s Army of Chaos: Causing Chaos – IGN First

Just Cause 4 might still be about freeing an oppressed country through the medium of explosions, but exactly how you're freeing it has changed since the last game. Welcome to the Army of Chaos.

In this miniseries, we'll be running through the game's new systems for taking back regions across the nation of Solís, how you'll do that (spoiler, there's are lots of loud noises), and what you'll get in return.
