In Forza Horizon 4, Video Game Britain Has Never Looked Better
After three stupendous Forza Horizon games, each better than the last, it becomes difficult to come up with new superlatives to describe Forza Motorsport’s open-world, more social-friendly spinoff (that, by the way, is even better than Motorsport). So here we are, with a Britain-based Forza Horizon 4, and after playing the first two hours of the campaign – experiencing the Summer and Autumn seasons in the process – I’m left with one simple word: “yes.”
Is Forza Horizon 4 Beautiful? Yes.
Polygonal Great Britain has never looked better, with real-life landmarks you can stop and take a look at by driving up to them and pressing X. So too are the seasons themselves stunningly rendered, from the high overhead bright sunshine of the summer to the red and orange leaves that settle on the roadways and blow away from the car when you drive through clusters of them.
What Do Daredevil’s Cryptic Bible Verses Teases Tell Us About Season 3?
The official Daredevil Twitter account has been slowly tweeting out cryptic bible verses since the beginning of 2018, reaching an apex with a short teaser of Matt Murdock in a Catholic confessional on September 10 alongside the caption “Job 12:22."
In all, four bible verses have been referenced, and now it’s time to dig into those passages and their accompanied posts to figure out what might be in store for Season 3 of Daredevil.
Note: all passages will be cited from the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops website, as the Netflix incarnation of Matt Murdock is notably Catholic.

Disney wants Oscar voters to consider Marvel's Black Panther in 16 major categories for next year's Academy Awards.
That's every major category available for a live-action domestic feature film except for Best Actress. Disney is running the main female actors, including Lupita Nyong'o, in the Best Supporting Actress category instead.
The studio has launched their official For Your Consideration site for Academy voters, revealing the following categories and candidates they're campaigning for nominations:

11 Ways Spider-Man PS4 Changed the Marvel Comics
Warning: this article contains full spoilers for Marvel's Spider-Man!
Marvel's Spider-Man for Playstation 4 draws from decades of classic Spider-Man stories in order to craft its take on Peter Parker and his world. But even though the game's comic book influences run deep, it also made some pretty significant changes to the source material -- from Mary Jane Watson to Gwen Stacey (or the lack thereof) to Miles Morales.
Here are the biggest ways in which the game changed what we know about the Spider-Man franchise.

Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition Coming to PS4 and Xbox One This September
Hollow Knight is finally hitting the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on September 25 in the digital, content-packed Voidheart Edition.
Announced by developer Team Cherry, Hollow Knight: Voidheart Edition will include the core game and its four additional content packs: Hidden Dreams, The Grimm Troupe, Lifeblood and Godmaster. It’s unclear if any exclusive content beyond these packs will be coming to the Voidheart Edition.
No price was announced for this version of Hollow Knight, though pre-orders for the PS4 version will begin on September 14, with a 20% discount for PlayStation Plus members. For reference, Hollow Knight for the Switch released earlier this year for $15 US and it also included the four content packs at no additional cost. This version of the game sold over 250,000 copies in its first two weeks.
Treyarch Will Adjust Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 Blackout’s Item Pickup System
Treyarch and Activision opened the beta for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4's Blackout yesterday and immediately received a flood of negative feedback about how items are picked up. Treyarch has heard its players loud and clear, though, and will make changes to the battle royale mode before the final game launches.
The way things currently work, Blackout players have to aim precisely at items like ammo and weapons and then press and then hold a button to pick them up. Various players have complained that this mechanic feels clunky and unintuitive, slowing them down and leaving them vulnerable to being eliminated. Posting on Reddit, Treyarch outlined its plans to smooth things over some.
Too Much TV Will Lead to an Industry ‘Hangover,’ Says FX Boss
For one network executive, the potential pitfalls of too much TV is a very real threat to the industry, with several major entertainment companies willing to spend billions of dollars on hundreds of hours of original programming to attract new viewers.
In a recent conversation on Variety's weekly podcast, FX Networks' CEO John Landgraf pointed out that there are currently four major players in the digital streaming market, "Netflix, Amazon, Disney in its future iteration (Disney Play), and AT&T-Time Warner,” Landgraf explained.
Disney's upcoming streaming platform, launching in Q4 of 2019, is hoping it can make a splash in this highly competitive race. There will be an uphill climb, however, for any new competitor, no matter how much money the company may have, with Netflix alone planning to release over 700 new series by the end of 2018. And don't forget about Apple. The tech giant is developing its own unique lineup. Check out the full list in the slideshow below.
