Captain Marvel: First Trailer Shows Off Story and Young Nick Fury
Marvel has released the first trailer for Captain Marvel, and of course it opens with Carol Danvers falling into a branch of Blockbuster.
First shown on Good Morning America, you can watch it right now, below:
The trailer seems to show how this non-traditional origin story will be told, with Carol Danvers struggling to remember her time on Earth, before she became a part of Starforce. We also get a good look at the de-aged versions of Samuel L. Jackson's Nick Fury and Clark Gregg's Phil Coulson.
We got our first look at Brie Larson's take on the newest MCU hero, as well as her foes, the Skrulls earlier this month.
Thronebreaker: Gwent Single-Player Spin-off Gets Release Date
CD Projekt Red has announced that Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales, the standalone single-player campaign for GWENT: The Witcher Card Game, will be released on PC via GOG.com on October 23, 2018, and for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on December 4, 2018.
Thronebreaker "combines narrative-driven exploration with unique puzzles and card mechanics" and is set to be a 30-hour RPG set in the world of GWENT and The Witcher.
It was originally expected to be released last year, but due to the size and scope of what the team was creating, CD Projekt decided to release it as a standalone game instead of as part of GWENT: The Witcher Card Game.

World of Warships: 7 Things You Need to Know About Submarines and the New Aircraft Carriers
World of Warships has just celebrated its third-year anniversary, and it’s come a long way since it’s 2015 debut. Over 28 million registered users, a development team that has grown from 40 members in the beginning to more than 300, and a raft of new modes and monthly content supply drops have collectively ensured that the free-to-play naval combat game is healthier and more fully featured today than it’s ever been.
But the team at Wargaming’s Lesta Studio in St Petersburg, Russia, are currently prepping two major additions that could fundamentally reshape the World of Warships experience as fans know it: a completely overhauled aircraft carrier experience, and the addition of an all-new submarine class. I recently visited the studio to go hands-on with both, and to speak to key members of the team, and here are six things I learned about the new game-changing additions coming to World of Warships that are sure to make waves with fans.
