MoviePass Says It’s Not Dead Yet
Though MoviePass saw some particularly trying times over the last week, it isn't down for the count.
MoviePass has pushed back against claims that it's dead or even dying, citing unprecedented growth and previous examples of market disruptors as evidence of its staying power.
It claims that MoviePass use made up nearly one-fourth of the box office receipts for the film Blindspotting through the first Tuesday following its release. It also says the film Tag had MoviePass to thank for 13 percent of its opening weekend domestic box office totals.

This Star Wars Game is Getting a Ludicrously Big Super Star Destroyer Figure
One of the largest ships in the Star Wars universe is going miniature… barely. During Fantasy Flight Games’ Gen Con 2018 preview night, the publisher revealed the almost comically-large Super Star Destroyer miniature for its epic space battles game, Star Wars: Armada.
Carrying out a replica of the daunting ship nearly as long as the presenter’s arm, Fantasy Flight explained that this was the largest model the publisher has ever produced.
Take a close-up look at this behemoth in the slideshow below:
For context, a regular ship in Armada is usually only about an inch big, with the larger ships being between six and ten inches long at the very most. The Super Star Destroyer looks to be maybe about two feet long.
Walking Dead Story Builder Lets You Shape Clementine for the Final Season

Users will then be able to sign into their Telltale Games account before starting Episode 1 of The Final Season on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, or PC to import their choices. Apple hits $1 trillion in market value
Apple's financial success continues to grow as it hit a $1 trillion market cap this morning.
As reported by CNBC, Apple's stock value rose almost 3 percent after an exceptionally strong third-quarter earnings report issued earlier this week. Apple stock rose past $207 per share briefly, but has since dropped into the $206 range. With an outstanding share count of 4,829,926,000 this brief price increase managed to push their value into the tredecuple digits.
Apple is the first publicly traded company in the U.S. to reach this record valuation, but Amazon is also on its way to hitting that magic $1 trillion number, as its shares surpassed $900,000,000,000 in value last month.
BioWare Still Working on Mass Effect and Dragon Age Alongside Anthem
BioWare has confirmed that while the team is hard at work on the upcoming Anthem, there are still teams working on the beloved franchises of Mass Effect and Dragon Age.
In BioWare's Mid-Summer Update, general manager Casey Hudson stated, "we hear loud and clear the interest in BioWare doing more Dragon Age and Mass Effect, so rest assured that we have some teams hidden away working on some secret stuff that I think you'll really like - we're just not ready to talk about any of it for a little while."
This should lend some hope to fans of Mass Effect series, which last year was said to be put on hold following the launch of Mass Effect: Andromeda.

Capcom Will ‘Explore’ More Remakes After Resident Evil 2
One of Capcom's biggest announcements at E3 2018 was that the Resident Evil 2 remake would release in January 2019. According to its latest financial report, Capcom is apparently feeling confident about how it will perform and may follow it up with other remakes and/or re-releases.
In response to an investor question about Resident Evil 2's expected sales and the potential for other remakes, Capcom said it anticipates Resident Evil 2 to be one of its major releases for this fiscal year and for it to be in the "million-seller" range. The publisher also opened the door for similar projects going forward.
